【摘要】：文章以我國(guó)新一代信息技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,從自主研發(fā)的活動(dòng)能力、創(chuàng)新成果的科研產(chǎn)出能力以及商業(yè)產(chǎn)出能力等三個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型建立評(píng)價(jià)模型,并以我國(guó)新一代信息技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)18個(gè)子行業(yè)2009-2015年的面板數(shù)據(jù)為研究樣本,對(duì)自主創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的合理性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)和實(shí)證分析。
[Abstract]:This article takes the new generation of information technology industry in China as the research object, from the activity ability of independent research and development, The evaluation index system of industrial independent innovation ability is constructed from three aspects: scientific research output ability and commercial output ability of innovation achievement. The evaluation model is established by using structural equation model. Based on the panel data of 18 sub-industries related to the new generation of information technology industry in China from 2009 to 2015, this paper evaluates the rationality of the evaluation index of independent innovation ability and makes an empirical analysis.
