【摘要】：基于2006—2015年中國A股上市公司的數(shù)據(jù),研究了產(chǎn)業(yè)政策對企業(yè)跨界經(jīng)營行為的影響。結(jié)果表明:產(chǎn)業(yè)政策會(huì)引導(dǎo)企業(yè)通過跨界經(jīng)營進(jìn)入政策支持行業(yè);通過有關(guān)聯(lián)跨界進(jìn)入政策支持行業(yè)的企業(yè)的經(jīng)營績效會(huì)顯著提高,而無關(guān)聯(lián)跨界反而會(huì)降低企業(yè)價(jià)值;在產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的引導(dǎo)作用下,企業(yè)為了政策尋租而采取的無關(guān)聯(lián)跨界行為,既不利于自身的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,又會(huì)降低產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的效果。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of A-share listed companies in China from 2006 to 2015, this paper studies the influence of industrial policies on the cross-border management behavior of enterprises. The results show that industrial policies will guide enterprises to enter the industry through cross-border management. The business performance of the enterprises that enter the policy support industry through the related cross border will be significantly improved, but the value of the enterprise will be reduced by the non-related cross border; under the guidance of the industrial policy, the enterprises adopt the non-related cross-border behavior for the purpose of policy rent-seeking. Is not conducive to their own long-term development, but also reduce the effect of industrial policy.
