【摘要】：正北京交通大學(xué)中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)安全研究中心博士后科研工作站(以下簡(jiǎn)稱工作站),于2008年6月經(jīng)國(guó)家人力資源和社會(huì)保障部(人社部發(fā)【2008】43號(hào))批準(zhǔn)設(shè)立,并于2010年9月經(jīng)全國(guó)博士后管理委員會(huì)(博管辦【2010】51號(hào)文)批復(fù),獲得獨(dú)立招收博士后研究人員的資格。工作站成立以來(lái),秉承"以人為本、以人的發(fā)展為核心"理念,堅(jiān)持"成就人,成就于人"的核心價(jià)值觀,創(chuàng)新培養(yǎng)模式,累計(jì)招收和培養(yǎng)博士后科研人員500余人,目前已發(fā)展成為全國(guó)規(guī)模最大
[Abstract]:The postdoctoral research station of China Industrial Safety Research Center of Beijing Jiaotong University (hereinafter referred to as workstation) was approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2008] 43) on 2008. And on 2010, the National Post-doctoral Management Committee (BMO [2010] 51) approved the qualification of independent recruitment of postdoctoral researchers. Since the establishment of the workstation, it has adhered to the concept of "people-oriented and people-oriented, with human development as the core". Adhere to the core values of "achievement, achievement in people", innovative training model, cumulative recruitment and training of more than 500 postdoctoral research personnel, has developed into the largest scale in the country
