【摘要】：創(chuàng)新是企業(yè)進(jìn)步的動(dòng)力和源泉,不僅有利于提升企業(yè)在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中的創(chuàng)新優(yōu)勢(shì),還直接影響一個(gè)國(guó)家或地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。目前,技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展以及外部環(huán)境的高度不確定性,使得創(chuàng)新風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大大增加,封閉式創(chuàng)新模式已經(jīng)不再適應(yīng)發(fā)展的需求,創(chuàng)新將面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。面對(duì)激烈的全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng),開(kāi)放式創(chuàng)新這一概念的提出,提供了一種更能適合市場(chǎng)需求的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理模式,使組織能夠突破原有技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式的束縛,打破技術(shù)創(chuàng)新所面臨的瓶頸局面。開(kāi)放式創(chuàng)新不但能夠?yàn)榻M織走出創(chuàng)新困境指出新的方向,還將原本孤立的、線(xiàn)性的創(chuàng)新過(guò)程轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)殚_(kāi)放的、非線(xiàn)性的創(chuàng)新過(guò)程。開(kāi)放式創(chuàng)新是否能夠取得成功很大程度上取決于組織的吸收能力,良好的吸收能力可以將外部的創(chuàng)新資源轉(zhuǎn)化為組織的創(chuàng)新優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文的研究對(duì)象為云南省生物制藥產(chǎn)業(yè),作為國(guó)家、云南省政府重點(diǎn)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)和支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),其開(kāi)放式創(chuàng)新能力直接影響了產(chǎn)業(yè)的跨越式發(fā)展以及區(qū)域的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文首先研究了產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、開(kāi)放式創(chuàng)新以及吸收能力等相關(guān)理論,并對(duì)云南省生物制藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及在開(kāi)放式創(chuàng)新過(guò)程中面臨的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析；然后從產(chǎn)業(yè)吸收能力的角度出發(fā),研究了影響云南省生物制藥產(chǎn)業(yè)吸收能力的關(guān)鍵因素,并通過(guò)定量分析,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證這些因素與產(chǎn)業(yè)吸收能力之間的關(guān)系；最后,針對(duì)研究的結(jié)論,提出提高云南省生物制藥產(chǎn)業(yè)吸收能力的對(duì)策與措施,為產(chǎn)業(yè)在開(kāi)放式創(chuàng)新環(huán)境中實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供有效的理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Innovation is the motive force and source of enterprise progress, which is not only conducive to the promotion of innovation advantages in competition, but also directly affects the sustainable development of a country or region. With the rapid development of technology and the high uncertainty of the external environment, the risk of innovation is greatly increased. The closed innovation model is no longer adapted to the needs of development, and innovation will face enormous challenges. The concept of open innovation provides a more suitable management model for technological innovation, which enables the organization to break through the shackles of the original technological innovation model. Open innovation can not only point out a new direction for an organization to come out of the dilemma of innovation, but also turn an isolated, linear innovation process into an open one. The success of open innovation depends largely on the absorptive capacity of the organization. Good absorptive capacity can transform the external innovative resources into the innovative advantages of the organization. The research object of this paper is the biopharmaceutical industry of Yunnan Province, which is the strategic emerging industry and pillar industry that the government of Yunnan Province focuses on. The open innovation ability has a direct impact on the leapfrog development of industry and the core competitiveness of the region. Firstly, this paper studies the relevant theories of industrial technological innovation, open innovation and absorptive capacity, etc. The paper also analyzes the current situation of the biopharmaceutical industry in Yunnan Province and the problems it faces in the process of open innovation, and then studies the key factors affecting the absorption capacity of the biopharmaceutical industry in Yunnan Province from the perspective of the industrial absorptive capacity. And through quantitative analysis, further verify the relationship between these factors and the absorptive capacity of the industry. Finally, in view of the conclusions of the study, the countermeasures and measures to improve the absorption capacity of the bio-pharmaceutical industry in Yunnan Province are put forward. It provides effective theoretical guidance for industry to realize sustainable development in open innovation environment.
