【摘要】：東北地區(qū)對接京津冀產(chǎn)業(yè)轉移是推動新一輪東北老工業(yè)基地振興、實現(xiàn)東北地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的新途徑。文章基于偏離-份額分析法,篩選出京津冀區(qū)域具有轉移趨勢的行業(yè)。采用產(chǎn)業(yè)梯度系數(shù)測算出東北地區(qū)具有比較優(yōu)勢的行業(yè),根據(jù)東北各省的資源特征與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃,提出了東北各省對接京津冀區(qū)域的重點行業(yè),并從政府、企業(yè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)3個層面提出了具體的對接路徑。
[Abstract]:The industrial transfer of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei in the Northeast is a new way to promote the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China and to realize the upgrading of the industry in the Northeast. This paper is based on the method of deviation-share analysis. The industries in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region with the trend of transfer are selected. The industries with comparative advantages in the Northeast region are calculated by using the industrial gradient coefficient, and according to the resource characteristics and industrial development plans of the Northeast provinces, The key industries in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region of Northeast provinces are put forward, and the specific docking paths are put forward from three aspects: government, enterprise and industrial park.
