【摘要】：數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)政策是數(shù)字產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要因素,經(jīng)過近10年的探索,我國的數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)政策形成了階段性特征、跨行業(yè)性特征、政策疊加特征和區(qū)域性特征。我國數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)政策圍繞數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展政策、數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)組織政策3大門類構(gòu)建了包括數(shù)字出版產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)政策在內(nèi)的12個(gè)小類的政策體系,從幼稚產(chǎn)業(yè)扶持到反壟斷競爭都有涉及,具有較強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和一定的發(fā)展眼光。
[Abstract]:The policy of digital publishing industry is an important factor in the development of digital industry. After nearly 10 years of exploration, the policy of digital publishing industry of our country has formed the stage characteristic, the cross-industry characteristic. China's digital publishing industry policy revolves around the digital publishing industry development policy, The structure of digital publishing industry and the policies of digital publishing industry organization have constructed 12 policy systems including digital publishing industry technology policy, which are related to the support of childish industry and the anti-monopoly competition. Has strong realistic significance and certain development vision.
