【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展以及人們生活水平的提高,企業(yè)作為中國的市場經(jīng)濟(jì)主體也十分活躍,發(fā)展迅猛。然而許多企業(yè)雖然有較扎實(shí)的產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ),但是長時(shí)間以來產(chǎn)能規(guī)模小,科技含量不高,生產(chǎn)和配套設(shè)施無法滿足急劇擴(kuò)張的銷售,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)以及運(yùn)營模式的單一使企業(yè)難以得到持續(xù)的發(fā)展。在此形勢(shì)下,企業(yè)開始調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),擴(kuò)大生產(chǎn)規(guī)模,在原有的產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)上建設(shè)起集生產(chǎn)加工、科研、文化、居住、商貿(mào)等功能為一體的產(chǎn)業(yè)園。.為了滿足產(chǎn)業(yè)園的多功能要求,產(chǎn)業(yè)園的景觀規(guī)劃十分必要。產(chǎn)業(yè)園景觀規(guī)劃是指對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)園中的加工廠區(qū)、生產(chǎn)基地、研發(fā)基地以及銷售、旅游、商貿(mào)等相關(guān)活動(dòng)有關(guān)的所有綠地環(huán)境的規(guī)劃。產(chǎn)業(yè)園景觀構(gòu)成要素與造園要素基本一致,包括建筑、水體植物等,但是產(chǎn)業(yè)園具有企業(yè)背景,因此,在產(chǎn)業(yè)園景觀規(guī)劃中應(yīng)當(dāng)將企業(yè)文化以及企業(yè)功能布局、所處區(qū)域環(huán)境等特點(diǎn)與產(chǎn)業(yè)園有機(jī)結(jié)合起來合理地進(jìn)行景觀規(guī)劃。本文的研究對(duì)象為漢革食品產(chǎn)業(yè)園景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)合多學(xué)科理論從理論研究和項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐兩方面來研究探索產(chǎn)業(yè)園景觀的規(guī)劃方法以及景觀規(guī)劃原理的運(yùn)用。在理論研究中,通過查找文獻(xiàn)書籍對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)園景觀以及景觀規(guī)劃的相關(guān)名詞概念做了界定,并結(jié)合景觀規(guī)劃相關(guān)理論歸納了產(chǎn)業(yè)園景觀規(guī)劃的特點(diǎn)、構(gòu)成元素以及功能和規(guī)劃原則,并且對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)園景觀規(guī)劃所要用到的相關(guān)理論做了分析。在項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐中,首先選取了三個(gè)國內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)園景觀規(guī)劃的優(yōu)秀案例進(jìn)行分析研究,探討案例中的規(guī)劃特色和方法,并總結(jié)出有借鑒意義的地方。在吸取優(yōu)秀案例的規(guī)劃經(jīng)驗(yàn)后,筆者對(duì)滁州漢革食品產(chǎn)業(yè)園景觀規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證前文構(gòu)建的產(chǎn)業(yè)園景觀規(guī)劃的理論方法,力圖將漢革食品產(chǎn)業(yè)園打造成一個(gè)具有舒適環(huán)境的適合員工生活的并且具有旅游觀賞價(jià)值的綠色生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)園。最后筆者對(duì)于產(chǎn)業(yè)園景觀規(guī)劃的經(jīng)驗(yàn)做了總結(jié),并提出了一些建議,希望能推進(jìn)我國同類型的產(chǎn)業(yè)園景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global economy and the improvement of people's living standard, enterprises as the main body of market economy in China are also very active and developing rapidly. However, although many enterprises have a solid industrial foundation, But for a long time, the production capacity is small, the science and technology content is not high, the production and supporting facilities can not meet the rapid expansion of sales, and the single industrial structure and operation mode make it difficult for enterprises to get sustainable development. The enterprises began to adjust the industrial structure, expand the scale of production, and build an industrial park with the functions of production and processing, scientific research, culture, residence, commerce and other functions on the basis of the original industry... In order to meet the multi-functional requirements of the industrial park, The landscape planning of the industrial park is very necessary. The landscape planning of the industrial park refers to the processing factory area, the production base, the research and development base and the sales and tourism in the industrial park. Planning of all green space environment related to trade and trade activities. The landscape elements of industrial parks are basically the same as those of gardening, including buildings, water plants, etc., but industrial parks have an enterprise background, so, In the landscape planning of industrial park, the characteristics of enterprise culture, enterprise function layout, regional environment and so on should be combined with the landscape planning of industrial park. The research object of this paper is the landscape planning and design of Han leather food industry park. Combined with the theory of multi-disciplinary research and project practice to explore the industrial park landscape planning methods and the application of landscape planning principles. This paper defines the concepts of industrial park landscape and landscape planning by looking up literature, and sums up the characteristics, elements, functions and planning principles of industrial park landscape planning in combination with the relevant theories of landscape planning. In the project practice, three outstanding cases of industrial park landscape planning are selected for analysis and study, and the planning characteristics and methods of the case are discussed. After drawing on the planning experience of excellent cases, the author makes an empirical study on the landscape planning of the food industry park in Chuzhou, and further verifies the theory and method of the landscape planning of the industrial park. This paper tries to build the Han leather food industry park into a green ecological industry park with comfortable environment and tourism and ornamental value. Finally, the author summarizes the experience of landscape planning of the industrial park. Some suggestions are put forward in order to promote the development of landscape planning and design of industrial parks of the same type in China.
