【摘要】：在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)視頻行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)白熱化的今天,各家網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻企業(yè)都力求全方位發(fā)展,在行業(yè)迎來重要發(fā)展機(jī)遇的時(shí)期搶占先機(jī)。樂視網(wǎng)是我國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)視頻行業(yè)中第一個(gè)宣布盈利的企業(yè),也是現(xiàn)階段國(guó)內(nèi)A股首家互聯(lián)網(wǎng)視頻行業(yè)的上市公司。樂視網(wǎng)獨(dú)創(chuàng)“平臺(tái)+內(nèi)容+終端+應(yīng)用”四位一體的全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈模式,在業(yè)內(nèi)取得了不小的成就,引發(fā)了其他互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)的爭(zhēng)相效仿。樂視網(wǎng)的成功無疑說明了其商業(yè)模式的可行性,強(qiáng)者的模式就是行業(yè)的模式,因此對(duì)于樂視網(wǎng)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈模式的研究就顯得尤為重要。所以本文選取樂視網(wǎng)作為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合PEST分析法總結(jié)了其面臨的行業(yè)大環(huán)境與樂視網(wǎng)自身的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀：行業(yè)的高速發(fā)展、大規(guī)模的資本介入、以及樂視網(wǎng)本身的內(nèi)容優(yōu)勢(shì)和全方位的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展,這些都決定了樂視網(wǎng)打造全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的必要性。運(yùn)用SWOT分析法對(duì)樂視網(wǎng)的平臺(tái)、內(nèi)容、終端、應(yīng)用四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了全方位的分析,并通過對(duì)樂視網(wǎng)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈實(shí)施效果的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)該模式在具有強(qiáng)大競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的同時(shí),也存在著運(yùn)營(yíng)和盈利方面的困境,故此針對(duì)樂視正在遭遇或即將面臨的重大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出對(duì)策和建議。產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈垂直整合就等于是乘法效應(yīng),在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上下游做到全面覆蓋后,企業(yè)將會(huì)迎來爆炸式的增長(zhǎng),行業(yè)內(nèi)已經(jīng)認(rèn)識(shí)到全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的價(jià)值,建設(shè)由內(nèi)容到硬件的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈閉環(huán)已經(jīng)成為行業(yè)內(nèi)的大趨勢(shì),然而各家企業(yè)在加快拓展產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的同時(shí),也需要根據(jù)自身發(fā)展情況制定相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)略以規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:In the Internet video industry fierce competition today, each network video companies are striving for all-round development. In the industry ushered in an important opportunity to seize the opportunity. Letv is the first Internet video industry in China to declare profits. It is also the first domestic A-share Internet video industry listed company at this stage. Letv net original "platform content terminal application" four-in-one industry chain model, in the industry has made no small achievements. The success of Letv undoubtedly shows the feasibility of its business model, the strong model is the industry model. Therefore, the study of the whole industry chain model of Letv network is particularly important. Therefore, this paper selects Letv net as the research object. Combined with the PEST analysis, it summarizes the industry environment and the current situation of Letv net: the rapid development of the industry, large-scale capital intervention. As well as Letv's own content advantages and all-round business development, which determine the Letv network to build the necessity of the entire industrial chain. Using SWOT analysis of Letv network platform, content, terminal. Through the study of the implementation effect of the whole industry chain of Letv net, it is found that the model has a strong competitive advantage, but also has the dilemma of operation and profit. The vertical integration of industrial chain is equal to the multiplication effect, which can cover the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain. Enterprises will usher in explosive growth, the industry has recognized the value of the entire industrial chain, the construction of a closed-loop industry chain from content to hardware has become a major trend in the industry. However, while speeding up the expansion of the industrial chain, enterprises also need to formulate corresponding strategies according to their own development conditions to avoid risks.
