【摘要】：旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是指與旅游業(yè)直接或間接相關(guān)的多個產(chǎn)業(yè),因?yàn)閮?yōu)良的旅游資源、市場或旅游目的地自發(fā)聚集形成的具有一定規(guī)模的聚集區(qū)或聚集體。政府對旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)行鼓勵和發(fā)展的政策,其高關(guān)聯(lián)性和強(qiáng)帶動性是主要原因。隨著旅游業(yè)的脫穎而出,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群能夠提升當(dāng)?shù)芈糜萎a(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力得到證實(shí),各地政府開始關(guān)注如何構(gòu)建適合當(dāng)?shù)芈糜伟l(fā)展的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。江西省與時俱進(jìn),明確提出要推進(jìn)旅游強(qiáng)省建設(shè),加強(qiáng)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級,并正式公布了35個重點(diǎn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群名單,靖安縣旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群入選其中。那么,靖安旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群該如何發(fā)展?這成為江西省乃至國內(nèi)其他地區(qū)旅游界關(guān)注的問題。本文以江西省宜春市靖安縣旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群為研究對象,在相關(guān)理論的指導(dǎo)下,通過SWOT分析法,對靖安縣的內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行優(yōu)勢、劣勢分析,判斷其發(fā)展中可能遇到的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),最終得出以下結(jié)論:首先,靖安縣的旅游資源屬于復(fù)合型資源,空間分布疏密得當(dāng),各類資源聚合為若干個特色鮮明的組團(tuán),加上優(yōu)越的氣候條件,非常適合整體布局、分組團(tuán)漸次開發(fā)。其次,靖安縣豐富的旅游資源、優(yōu)越的地理?xiàng)l件和多樣的旅游業(yè)態(tài)是發(fā)展當(dāng)?shù)芈糜萎a(chǎn)業(yè)的積極因素,但是也有基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)欠缺、客源結(jié)構(gòu)單一以及因核心產(chǎn)品特色不明顯而導(dǎo)致吸引力不足和企業(yè)間關(guān)聯(lián)度低等方面的劣勢,當(dāng)然,游客對復(fù)合型旅游目的地的青睞,以及偏好自主、自助為主的旅游方式給靖安旅游帶來了新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,同時也有來自于周邊景區(qū)旅游產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化的威脅。最后,立足于靖安的經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、社會和生態(tài)文明建設(shè),規(guī)劃靖安縣旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的空間布局,即“一城三鎮(zhèn)六片區(qū)”,然后提出“旅游+”的發(fā)展方向,將靖安的旅游與文化、產(chǎn)品、營銷、和其他產(chǎn)業(yè)相結(jié)合,提出了充實(shí)內(nèi)涵,提升形象;創(chuàng)新思維,構(gòu)建支撐;推廣營銷,拓展市場;融合產(chǎn)業(yè),整體推進(jìn)的發(fā)展對策,鼓勵旅游與其他產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)合發(fā)展、整體開發(fā),以促進(jìn)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭力全面提升為發(fā)展目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Tourism industry cluster refers to a number of industries directly or indirectly related to tourism because of its excellent tourism resources. A gathering area or collective of a certain scale formed by the spontaneous gathering of markets or tourist destinations. The government implements a policy of encouraging and developing the tourism industry. With the development of tourism industry cluster has been proved to be able to enhance the competitiveness of local tourism industry. Local governments began to pay attention to how to build a suitable local tourism development of industrial clusters. Jiangxi Province with the times, clearly proposed to promote the construction of a strong tourism province, strengthen the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry. And officially announced the list of 35 key tourism industry clusters, Jingan County tourism industry cluster selected. So, Jingan tourism industry cluster how to develop? This has become a concern of tourism industry in Jiangxi Province and even other areas in China. This paper takes Jingan County tourism industry cluster of Yichun City Jiangxi Province as the research object under the guidance of relevant theory through SWOT analysis. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment of Jingan County, judges the opportunities and challenges that may be encountered in its development, and finally draws the following conclusions: firstly, the tourism resources of Jingan County belong to compound resources. Space distribution is appropriate, all kinds of resources converge into a number of distinct characteristics of the group, plus superior climate conditions, very suitable for the overall layout, group gradual development. Secondly, Jingan County rich tourism resources. Favorable geographical conditions and diversified tourism patterns are positive factors for the development of local tourism industry, but there are also lack of infrastructure construction. The single structure of tourists and the lack of obvious characteristics of core products lead to the disadvantages of lack of attraction and low degree of correlation among enterprises. Of course, tourists favor the complex tourist destinations and prefer to be independent. Self-help tourism brings new opportunities for Jingan tourism, but also comes from the threat of homogenization of tourism products in the surrounding scenic spots. Finally, based on the Jingan economy, culture. Social and ecological civilization construction, planning Jingan County tourism industry cluster spatial layout, that is, "one city, three towns, six districts", and then put forward the "tourism" development direction, will Jingan tourism and culture, products, marketing. Combine with other industries, put forward to enrich the connotation, enhance the image; Innovative thinking, construction support; Promote marketing, expand the market; In order to promote the competitiveness of tourism industry in an all-round way, we should encourage tourism to develop in combination with other industries and develop it as a whole.
