【摘要】：北大荒米業(yè)集團(tuán)是當(dāng)前具有代表性的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈應(yīng)用集團(tuán),主要經(jīng)營(yíng)的產(chǎn)品為稻米。北大荒米業(yè)集團(tuán)針對(duì)稻米產(chǎn)業(yè)分別進(jìn)行了橫向的整合以及縱向的整合,從而使集團(tuán)的生產(chǎn)、加工、銷售過程更加完善。本文以北大荒米業(yè)集團(tuán)的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合為研究對(duì)象,在國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述和產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)、核心專長(zhǎng)、價(jià)值鏈等理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對(duì)該集團(tuán)產(chǎn)業(yè)多元化生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)的橫向整合和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈生產(chǎn)、加工、營(yíng)銷、科研等環(huán)節(jié)方面縱向整合現(xiàn)狀的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合存在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)運(yùn)行效率亟待提高、產(chǎn)銷對(duì)接程度不足、橫向協(xié)同效果有待改善等問題。根據(jù)該集團(tuán)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合的目標(biāo),從以高端米生產(chǎn)為核心、以產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新為中心、以品牌為重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)的橫向整合和以生產(chǎn)、加工、營(yíng)銷、產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)管理、科研產(chǎn)業(yè)的縱向整合提出了適合該集團(tuán)的對(duì)策建議。
