【摘要】：高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是新時(shí)期下國(guó)家和地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略核心,是促進(jìn)新形勢(shì)下我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵,如何構(gòu)建高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)集群創(chuàng)新能力的可持續(xù)被提到國(guó)家創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略的層面。然而,如今高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展卻存在著產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展不協(xié)調(diào),產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈不完善,產(chǎn)業(yè)分工被鎖定在價(jià)值鏈低端,創(chuàng)新能力不可持續(xù)等問(wèn)題,這些制約著高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展,因此本文將從生態(tài)學(xué)、系統(tǒng)論、集成思想等觀點(diǎn)出發(fā),對(duì)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新集成能力的相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行一系列有意義的探索。本文以集群創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)、集群生命周期、創(chuàng)新集成能力、企業(yè)創(chuàng)新生態(tài)等理論為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用數(shù)學(xué)建模、因子分析、方差分析、結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型檢驗(yàn)等定量分析方法,從企業(yè)創(chuàng)新集成能力的分析入手,層層遞進(jìn),最終對(duì)集群創(chuàng)新集成能力的相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深入研究。本文首先從企業(yè)生態(tài)位的概念出發(fā),根據(jù)博弈論思想建立了高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新集成能力知識(shí)生態(tài)位整合模型并通過(guò)對(duì)湖北東湖高新區(qū)的案例研究分別剖析了產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈不同環(huán)節(jié)間、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈同環(huán)節(jié)內(nèi)企業(yè)知識(shí)生態(tài)位整合機(jī)理,利用所推導(dǎo)的公式計(jì)算出了“適宜”的知識(shí)生態(tài)位經(jīng)驗(yàn)值并從集群的生命周期角度詳細(xì)討論了知識(shí)生態(tài)位整合在集群層面的演化規(guī)律。其次,本文在機(jī)理研究的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)回顧梳理了創(chuàng)新集成能力的重要影響因素,利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型進(jìn)行了一階因素模型和二階因素模型的假設(shè)檢驗(yàn),通過(guò)模型修改構(gòu)造了高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群企業(yè)創(chuàng)新集成能力生成的路徑模型,重點(diǎn)討論了因素間的相互關(guān)系并結(jié)合集群生命周期理論探討了創(chuàng)新集成能力在集群層面的表達(dá),解析了集群創(chuàng)新集成能力演化的邊界條件。再次,本文在前面研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從動(dòng)態(tài)演化的角度,對(duì)構(gòu)建創(chuàng)新型高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、促進(jìn)集群創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)能力提升等相關(guān)問(wèn)題給出了詳細(xì)的政策建議,具有良好的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。最終,本文在最后一章對(duì)全文進(jìn)行了總結(jié),分析了研究的不足并對(duì)未來(lái)的研究方向給予了展望。
[Abstract]:High-tech industrial cluster is the strategic core of the national and local economic development in the new period, and the key to promote the economic transformation in China under the new situation. How to build the high-tech industrial cluster innovation ecosystem. The sustainable realization of cluster innovation ability has been mentioned as the level of national innovation strategy. However, nowadays, the development of high-tech industrial cluster is not coordinated and the industrial chain is not perfect. The industrial division of labor is locked in the low end of the value chain, the innovation ability is not sustainable, which restricts the development of high-tech industrial cluster, so this paper will proceed from the view of ecology, system theory, integration thought and so on. This paper is based on the theories of cluster innovation system, cluster life cycle, innovation integration ability, enterprise innovation ecology and so on. Using mathematical modeling, factor analysis, variance analysis, structural equation model test and other quantitative analysis methods, from the enterprise innovation integration ability analysis, layer by layer progressive. Finally, the related problems of cluster innovation integration capability are deeply studied. Firstly, this paper starts with the concept of enterprise niche. According to the idea of game theory, this paper establishes the knowledge niche integration model of innovation integration ability of high-tech industrial cluster and analyzes the different links of industrial chain through the case study of Hubei Donghu High-tech Zone. The integration mechanism of enterprise knowledge niche in the same link of industry chain. The empirical value of "suitable" knowledge niche is calculated by using the derived formula, and the evolution law of knowledge niche integration at the cluster level is discussed in detail from the point of view of the cluster life cycle. Secondly. On the basis of mechanism research, this paper reviews the important factors of innovation integration ability, and uses structural equation model to test the hypothesis of first-order factor model and second-order factor model. Through the modification of the model, the paper constructs the path model of the innovation integration ability generation of high-tech industrial cluster enterprises. This paper mainly discusses the relationship between the factors and discusses the expression of innovation integration ability at the cluster level combined with the theory of cluster life cycle, and analyzes the boundary conditions of the evolution of innovation integration capability in cluster. Thirdly. On the basis of the previous research, from the perspective of dynamic evolution, this paper gives detailed policy recommendations on the construction of innovative high-tech industrial clusters, promoting cluster innovation ecosystem capacity enhancement and other related issues. It has good practical significance. Finally, this paper summarizes the full text in the last chapter, analyzes the deficiency of the research and gives the prospect of the future research direction.
