【摘要】:針對黃土丘陵區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)—資源系統(tǒng)鏈網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生重要變化的現(xiàn)實,對縣南溝流域退耕以來農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)—資源系統(tǒng)鏈網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)變化過程以及演變路徑進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明:農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)—資源系統(tǒng)鏈網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)變化過程可以劃分為四個階段:(I)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)修復(fù)階段→(Ⅱ)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)(結(jié)構(gòu))適應(yīng)階段→(Ⅲ)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)—資源系統(tǒng)相悖階段→(Ⅳ)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)—資源系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化耦合階段,系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)經(jīng)歷了I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ階段,現(xiàn)處于第Ⅲ階段。在這個過程中農(nóng)業(yè)資源系統(tǒng)得以恢復(fù)重建,農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)逐漸調(diào)整,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益逐年上升,然而產(chǎn)業(yè)系統(tǒng)與資源系統(tǒng)并未達(dá)到協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài),目前林草資源豐富且未得到合理、有效利用,因此需要進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)—資源耦合系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),以促進(jìn)區(qū)域可持續(xù)發(fā)展。同時,還可以得出:農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)—資源系統(tǒng)鏈網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)可通過資源環(huán)境、農(nóng)業(yè)資源、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益予以表征。
