【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟作為一種全新的產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作模式,其迅猛發(fā)展的同時(shí),其在知識(shí)共享方面,特別是隱性知識(shí)共享的問題也突顯出來(lái)。本文的研究目的是通過(guò)對(duì)知識(shí)共享、戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論的研究,識(shí)別產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的主要特征,結(jié)合實(shí)際產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的知識(shí)共享需求,探討產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟中隱性知識(shí)共享共享的影響因素,最終旨在為產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟知識(shí)共享活動(dòng)的開展提供一個(gè)可供參考、可實(shí)際操作的、一定程度上可通用的指導(dǎo)體系。本文通過(guò)基礎(chǔ)理論分析,主要介紹產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟理論、知識(shí)共享理論等,旨在為本文的研究提供堅(jiān)定的理論基礎(chǔ),以期能在現(xiàn)有理論的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合實(shí)踐搭建出本文新的理論框架。研究產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟隱性知識(shí)共享,結(jié)合交易成本等理論依據(jù)分析知識(shí)共享動(dòng)因,探究知識(shí)共享的影響因素。最后通過(guò)實(shí)證分析得出相應(yīng)結(jié)論,對(duì)不同因素對(duì)聯(lián)盟知識(shí)共享影響因素水平的進(jìn)行了論證,認(rèn)為知識(shí)的內(nèi)隱性、聯(lián)盟對(duì)知識(shí)共享的激勵(lì)、主體對(duì)知識(shí)的吸收能力、主體與知識(shí)共享的預(yù)期收益率、聯(lián)盟對(duì)知識(shí)的保護(hù)制度、共享雙方的信任程度對(duì)知識(shí)共享有顯著的影響,并給出了相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:As a new mode of cooperation between industry, university and research, the strategic alliance of industrial technological innovation develops rapidly, and at the same time, it is in the aspect of knowledge sharing. Especially the problem of tacit knowledge sharing is highlighted. The purpose of this paper is to identify the main characteristics of the strategic alliance of industrial technological innovation through the research of the basic theory of knowledge sharing and strategic alliance. According to the demand of knowledge sharing in industrial development, this paper discusses the influencing factors of tacit knowledge sharing in the strategic alliance of industrial technological innovation. The final aim is to provide a practical and general guidance system for the development of knowledge sharing activities in the strategic alliance of industrial technology innovation. This paper mainly introduces the theory of strategic alliance of industrial technological innovation and the theory of knowledge sharing, aiming at providing a firm theoretical basis for the research of this paper. In order to build a new theoretical framework based on the existing theory and practice, this paper studies the tacit knowledge sharing in the strategic alliance of industrial technology innovation, and analyzes the motivation of knowledge sharing based on the theory of transaction cost. Finally, through the empirical analysis of the relevant conclusions, different factors on the level of alliance knowledge sharing factors are demonstrated, that is, the tacit nature of knowledge. The incentive of the alliance to the knowledge sharing, the absorptive ability of the subject to the knowledge, the expected rate of return of the subject and the knowledge sharing, the protection system of the alliance to the knowledge, and the degree of trust between the two parties have significant influence on the knowledge sharing. The corresponding suggestions are given.
