中韓FTA對(duì)中國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響研究

【摘要】:中國(guó)和韓國(guó)都是發(fā)展中大國(guó),都有著悠久的歷史及豐富的自然資源。韓國(guó)在1997年經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)時(shí)就已將文化產(chǎn)業(yè)作為國(guó)家支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,進(jìn)入2000年,隨著“韓流”發(fā)展,韓國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)逐漸占據(jù)亞洲文化市場(chǎng),韓國(guó)也因此成為文化強(qiáng)國(guó)。中國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展較晚,但中國(guó)擁有豐富的文化資源、自然資源,且中國(guó)是制造業(yè)大國(guó),有利于中國(guó)文化產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn),并進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)中國(guó)文化制造業(yè)發(fā)展。FTA戰(zhàn)略是中國(guó)的國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略,且FTA旨在消除關(guān)稅及非關(guān)稅壁壘,促進(jìn)協(xié)約國(guó)之間貿(mào)易自由化。研究中韓FTA對(duì)中國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響,有利于中國(guó)完善相關(guān)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)市場(chǎng)機(jī)制,促進(jìn)中國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展。本文通過(guò)對(duì)文獻(xiàn)及相關(guān)資料的閱讀,基于比較優(yōu)勢(shì)理論、H-O理論、規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)理論及區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化理論,首先介紹了中韓文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)中韓文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展規(guī)模、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等兩方面對(duì)中韓文化產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,通過(guò)顯示性比較優(yōu)勢(shì)指數(shù)、貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)指數(shù)以及利用鉆石模型對(duì)中韓文化產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行比較;然后定性分析了中韓FTA對(duì)中國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響,并利用貿(mào)易引力模型預(yù)測(cè)中韓FTA對(duì)中國(guó)文化貿(mào)易進(jìn)口和出口的影響,得出中韓FTA對(duì)中國(guó)文化出口貿(mào)易有顯著影響,對(duì)進(jìn)口無(wú)顯著影響;最后綜合前文定性及定量研究,分析出當(dāng)前中國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的問(wèn)題,提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Both China and South Korea are developing countries with a long history and abundant natural resources. In 1997, South Korea took the cultural industry as a pillar industry in the economic crisis and entered 2000. With the development of "Korean Stream", Korean cultural industry gradually occupied the Asian cultural market, and South Korea became a cultural powerhouse. China's cultural industry developed late, but China has abundant cultural resources and natural resources. And China is a large manufacturing country, which is conducive to the production of Chinese cultural products, and further promote the development of Chinese cultural manufacturing industry. FTA strategy is China's national strategy, and FTA aims to eliminate tariff and non-tariff barriers. To promote the liberalization of trade between the allies and to study the impact of FTA on Chinese cultural industry will help China to improve the market mechanism of related cultural industries. Based on the comparative advantage theory, the theory of scale economy and the theory of regional economic integration. Firstly, this paper introduces the current situation of the development of Chinese and Korean cultural industry, analyzes the present situation of the cultural industry of China and Korea through the development scale and the structure of cultural industry of China and Korea, and analyzes the index of comparative advantage by showing. Trade competition index and diamond model are used to compare the competitiveness of cultural industry between China and South Korea. Then it qualitatively analyzes the influence of Chinese and Korean FTA on Chinese cultural industry, and predicts the influence of FTA on Chinese cultural trade import and export by using trade gravity model. It is concluded that FTA has significant influence on China's cultural export trade, but has no significant effect on imports. Finally, by synthesizing the previous qualitative and quantitative studies, this paper analyzes the problems existing in Chinese cultural industry and puts forward some relevant suggestions.
