【摘要】：[目的/意義]隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展和專利申請數(shù)量的迅速增加,如何從海量專利文獻(xiàn)中有效識別產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)具有重要意義。[方法/過程]首先以USPTO數(shù)據(jù)庫中的專利數(shù)據(jù)為樣本構(gòu)建技術(shù)領(lǐng)域引用矩陣,然后選取社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析的出度、入度、中介中心度、接近中心度、有效規(guī)模和限制度等6個指標(biāo)建立綜合評價指標(biāo)體系。在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用熵值法賦權(quán)識別出技術(shù)領(lǐng)域引用矩陣中的產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)技術(shù),最后以半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)為例進(jìn)行了實證分析。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]結(jié)果表明,半導(dǎo)體裝置的制造、活性固態(tài)元件、金屬加工和涂層工藝等專利技術(shù)領(lǐng)域為半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)中的基礎(chǔ)技術(shù);社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法有助于快速有效識別產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:[With the rapid development of industrial technology and the rapid increase of patent applications, it is of great significance to identify the industrial basic technology from the massive patent literature. [Methods: firstly, the patented data in USPTO database was taken as the sample to construct the technical domain reference matrix, then the degree of social network analysis was selected, and the degree of intermediation center and the degree of close centrality were selected. On the basis of six indexes, such as effective scale and limited system, the comprehensive evaluation index system is established. On the basis of this, entropy method is used to identify the industrial basic technology in the technology field quoting matrix. Finally, take semiconductor industry as an example to carry on the empirical analysis. [Results / conclusion] the patent fields of semiconductor device manufacturing, active solid-state component, metal processing and coating technology are the basic technologies in semiconductor industry. The method of social network analysis is helpful to identify the basic technology of industry quickly and effectively.
