【摘要】：可再生能源產(chǎn)業(yè)電價補貼政策有利于促進可再生能源產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展。采用2006年~2015年31個省(市、區(qū),以下簡稱省份)的省際面板數(shù)據(jù),對全國和東中西部可再生能源產(chǎn)業(yè)電價補貼政策的具體績效進行了實證分析,進而提出了積極引入綠色證書政策等電價管制政策、積極促進可再生能源電力消納、加大電力投資中的可再生能源電力投資、從財稅政策方面激勵可再生能源開發(fā)利用等政策建議。
[Abstract]:The policy of electricity price subsidy in renewable energy industry is helpful to promote the rapid development of renewable energy industry. The provincial panel data of 31 provinces (cities, districts, hereinafter referred to as provinces) from 2006 to 2015 are used. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the specific performance of the electricity price subsidy policy in the national, eastern, western and central, western and eastern renewable energy industry, and then puts forward the positive introduction of green certificate policy and other electricity price control policies. We should actively promote the absorption of renewable energy and electricity, increase the investment of renewable energy and power in electric power investment, and encourage the development and utilization of renewable energy in terms of fiscal and tax policies.
