【摘要】:在全球經濟衰退的背景下,外部需求明顯下降,資源、勞動力等生產要素價格日益上漲,我國鞋類產業(yè)作為典型的勞動密集型產業(yè),技術層次較低,大多產品處于全球價值鏈的低端。面臨眾多國家的激烈競爭,中國鞋業(yè)發(fā)展遭遇瓶頸時期。為了促進我國鞋業(yè)集群的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,提高其國際競爭力,研究鞋業(yè)集群升級的問題迫在眉睫。全球價值鏈是從全球商品鏈演進來的一種研究集群發(fā)展的新興理論,主要從微觀和宏觀兩個層面來分析全球產業(yè)集群及其升級的問題,這一理論為我們研究中國鞋類產業(yè)集群的升級提供了理論基礎和研究思路。 中國鞋類產業(yè)集群以低成本占據(jù)一定的產業(yè)優(yōu)勢,但這種優(yōu)勢也僅僅局限于領先的數(shù)量。從全球價值鏈上來看,中國鞋業(yè)面臨產品價值增值低的現(xiàn)象較為普遍,集群升級存在一系列阻礙因素和問題。文章采用區(qū)位商方法將中國鞋業(yè)集群區(qū)位優(yōu)勢定位在福建、廣州和浙江省份,通過對鞋業(yè)集群發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的剖析總結出集群升級面臨的問題:日趨上漲的成本、質量問題遭遇的國際反傾銷以及較低的產品檔次;谌騼r值鏈理論,文章總結出影響中國鞋業(yè)集群升級的因素包括動力機制、治理模式、企業(yè)因素、政府因素和行業(yè)協(xié)會因素五大方面,并將中國鞋業(yè)集群定位于購買行驅動鏈及市場型、關系型和領導型三種治理模式。通過列舉中國和國外從屬不同治理模式的典型鞋業(yè)集群,比較分析各類集群特點,并從中得到升級啟示。結合中國鞋業(yè)集群升級問題及案例啟示文章最后提出應該更加注重企業(yè)自身學習意識及創(chuàng)新能力的提高,同時政府應實施相應的引導和促進政策,此外還應該加強行業(yè)內部的協(xié)調與知識共享才能更好的促進中國鞋業(yè)集群的升級。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the global economic recession, the external demand is obviously declining, resources, labor and other factors of production prices are rising day by day. As a typical labor-intensive industry, the technical level of the footwear industry in China is relatively low. Most of the products are at the low end of the global value chain. Facing the fierce competition from many countries, the development of Chinese shoe industry has encountered a bottleneck period. In order to promote the sustainable development of Chinese shoe industry cluster, improve its international competitiveness. It is urgent to study the upgrading of shoe industry cluster. Global value chain is a new theory to study cluster development from the evolution of global commodity chain. This paper mainly analyzes the problem of global industrial cluster and its upgrading from the micro and macro aspects. This theory provides a theoretical basis and research ideas for us to study the upgrading of Chinese footwear industry cluster. Chinese footwear industry cluster occupies a certain industrial advantage with low cost, but this advantage is only limited to the leading number. From the perspective of global value chain. Chinese footwear industry is faced with the phenomenon of low value-added products, cluster upgrading has a series of obstacles and problems. This paper uses the location quotient method to locate the location advantage of Chinese shoe industry cluster in Fujian. Guangzhou and Zhejiang Province, through the analysis of the status quo of shoe industry cluster development, summed up the cluster upgrading problems: rising costs. Based on the theory of global value chain, the paper summarizes the factors that affect the upgrading of Chinese shoe industry cluster, including power mechanism, governance model and enterprise factors. The government factor and the industry association factor five big aspects, and the Chinese shoe industry cluster position in the purchase row drive chain and the market type. Through enumerating the typical shoe industry clusters which belong to different governance modes in China and abroad, the characteristics of each kind of clusters are compared and analyzed. Combined with the upgrading of the Chinese shoe industry cluster and the case of inspiration the article finally puts forward that we should pay more attention to the improvement of the enterprise's own learning consciousness and innovation ability. At the same time, the government should implement the corresponding guidance and promotion policy, in addition, it should strengthen the coordination and knowledge sharing within the industry to better promote the upgrading of Chinese shoe industry cluster.
