【摘要】：高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)是新時(shí)代科技進(jìn)步和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要一環(huán),而高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)作為知識(shí)密集的產(chǎn)業(yè)平臺(tái)和技術(shù)密集的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)體對(duì)于產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展支撐作用顯著,近年來,在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,政策大力支持的社會(huì)背景下,涌現(xiàn)了一批具備自主研發(fā)創(chuàng)新能力和企業(yè)孵化能力的高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)。但是也存在一系列的問題,例如部分園區(qū)盲目追求規(guī)模忽視規(guī)劃建設(shè)質(zhì)量,與所在城市的結(jié)合度不足,相關(guān)配套跟進(jìn)緩慢等。高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)外部空間的理論研究及設(shè)計(jì)方法仍存在一定空白,需要加以補(bǔ)充完善。同時(shí)一系列相關(guān)問題應(yīng)在先期規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中予以妥善解決。研究從建筑學(xué)、環(huán)境心理學(xué)以及設(shè)計(jì)藝術(shù)學(xué)的視角出發(fā),通過相關(guān)理論研究、建成案例分析以及滿意度問卷調(diào)查和數(shù)據(jù)分析等方法對(duì)高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)外部空間進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。首先,對(duì)國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分類闡述,介紹國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論研究及實(shí)踐發(fā)展,明確高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)外部空間的類別劃分與重要環(huán)節(jié),其次,對(duì)上海創(chuàng)智天地產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)、新天地企業(yè)天地、科技綠洲產(chǎn)業(yè)園、市北經(jīng)濟(jì)總部園區(qū)四個(gè)園區(qū)進(jìn)行調(diào)研,借助圖示化表達(dá)對(duì)其外部空間進(jìn)行分析。整體上從規(guī)劃平面構(gòu)成和建筑整體風(fēng)貌出發(fā),細(xì)節(jié)上從外部空間構(gòu)成要素的種類、材質(zhì)、色彩及在園區(qū)的分布位置對(duì)高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的外部空間進(jìn)行剖析。再次,對(duì)合肥案例(創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)業(yè)園)進(jìn)行圖示化表達(dá)及滿意度問卷調(diào)查,依據(jù)公眾的主觀評(píng)價(jià),量化高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)外部空間的實(shí)際效果。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)各產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)傾向表現(xiàn)科技感和現(xiàn)代主義,具備一定外向性和與并與周邊區(qū)域存在交流可能。例如創(chuàng)智天地產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)采用開放式規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),水景廣場皆可為周邊市民所用,科技綠洲園區(qū)景觀多樣且結(jié)合建筑院落,形成層次豐富的空間體系。而合肥案例則依托整體高新區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),打造開放性園區(qū)景觀主軸的同時(shí),注重配套設(shè)施的補(bǔ)充完善以及整體外部空間的層次梳理。各園區(qū)景觀小品及公共設(shè)施種類和色彩豐富多樣,并多借助核心空間節(jié)點(diǎn),優(yōu)化外部空間整體氛圍。通過理論研究、現(xiàn)場調(diào)研及滿意度問卷調(diào)查,研究在經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢快速發(fā)展,產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)涵持續(xù)拓展的社會(huì)背景下,高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)外部空間的實(shí)際成效和優(yōu)化策略。論文剖析了高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)外部空間設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn),分析實(shí)際案例中外部空間的表達(dá)效果,并對(duì)后續(xù)相關(guān)研究提出建議和展望。
[Abstract]:High-tech industry is an important part of scientific and technological progress and economic development in the new era, and high-tech industrial park, as a knowledge-intensive industrial platform and technology-intensive economic entities, plays an important role in supporting industrial development. In recent years, under the social background of rapid economic development and strong policy support in our country. A number of high-tech industrial parks have emerged with the ability of independent R & D innovation and enterprise incubation, but there are also a series of problems, such as blind pursuit of scale and neglect of planning and construction quality in some parks. The degree of integration with the city is not enough, and the related follow-up is slow. The theoretical research and design methods of the outer space of the high-tech industrial park are still blank. At the same time, a series of related problems should be properly solved in the advanced planning and design. The research from the perspective of architecture, environmental psychology and design art, through the relevant theoretical research. The completion of the case analysis and satisfaction survey and data analysis of the high-tech industrial park external space comprehensive evaluation. First of all, the domestic and foreign research status quo is classified and expounded. This paper introduces the relevant theoretical research and practice development at home and abroad, and clarifies the classification and important links of the outer space of high-tech industrial park. Secondly, it introduces Shanghai Chuangzhi Tiandi Industrial Park and Xintiandi Enterprise World. Science and technology oasis industry park, the city north economic headquarters park four parks to carry on the investigation, with the help of the illustration expression carries on the analysis to its external space. In detail, it analyzes the outer space of high-tech industrial park from the category, material, color and distribution position of the outer space. The case of Hefei (Innovation Industry Park) was investigated with a questionnaire survey of graphical expression and satisfaction, according to the subjective evaluation of the public. Quantifying the actual effect of the outer space of the high-tech industrial park. The research found that the industrial park tends to express the sense of science and technology and modernism. It has a certain extroversion and the possibility of communicating with the surrounding area. For example, Chuangzhi Tiandi Industrial Park adopts an open planning design, the Waterscape Square can be used by the surrounding residents. The science and technology oasis park landscape is diverse and combined with the architectural courtyard to form a rich spatial system. While Hefei case relies on the overall planning and design of the high-tech zone to create an open park landscape spindle at the same time. Focus on the complementary facilities and the overall level of external space combing. The park landscape sketch and public facilities variety and color rich and more with the help of core space nodes. Optimization of the overall atmosphere of external space. Through theoretical research, field research and satisfaction survey, research in the rapid development of economic situation, industry connotation continues to expand under the social background. The paper analyzes the main points of the design of the outer space of the high-tech industrial park, and analyzes the expression effect of the outer space in the actual case. And put forward the suggestion and prospect to the follow-up related research.
