【摘要】：以產(chǎn)業(yè)集群開放式創(chuàng)新為核心,利用邊界交互式學(xué)習(xí),對(duì)其展開研究與探討。首先指出影響產(chǎn)業(yè)集群邊界交互式學(xué)習(xí)的因素主要包括知識(shí)存量、合作意愿、信任程度、吸收能力以及競爭關(guān)系5個(gè)方面;其次,將產(chǎn)業(yè)集群邊界交互式學(xué)習(xí)模式劃分為以產(chǎn)業(yè)集群企業(yè)為學(xué)習(xí)承擔(dān)主體的學(xué)習(xí)模式和以產(chǎn)業(yè)集群機(jī)構(gòu)為學(xué)習(xí)承擔(dān)主體的學(xué)習(xí)模式�；诋a(chǎn)業(yè)集群邊界交互式學(xué)習(xí)能力差異,將產(chǎn)業(yè)集群學(xué)習(xí)主體劃分為關(guān)鍵性學(xué)習(xí)主體和非關(guān)鍵性學(xué)習(xí)主體,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行簡要概述與探討,指出邊界交互式學(xué)習(xí)與產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)部學(xué)習(xí)在學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)和學(xué)習(xí)過程方面具有一致性。
[Abstract]:Taking open innovation of industrial clusters as the core, using the boundary interactive learning, this paper studies and discusses it. Firstly, it points out that the main factors that affect the interactive learning of industrial clusters include the knowledge stock and the willingness to cooperate. Trust degree, absorptive ability and competitive relationship; Second. The interactive learning model of industrial cluster boundary is divided into the learning model with industry cluster enterprises as the main body of learning and the learning mode with industry cluster organization as the main body of learning commitment. Interactive learning based on the boundary of industrial cluster. Ability differences. The main body of industrial cluster learning is divided into key learning subject and non-key learning subject, and it is briefly summarized and discussed. It is pointed out that the boundary interactive learning is consistent with the internal learning of industrial clusters in terms of learning objectives and learning processes.
