【摘要】：改革開放以來，中國經(jīng)濟經(jīng)過30余年的高速增長，在生產(chǎn)規(guī)模不斷擴大、效率不斷提高中積累了大量的財富，但是以工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)為主導(dǎo)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)也為經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展帶來了大量的隱性問題。如自然資源的大量減少，環(huán)境的惡化，同時也出現(xiàn)了一些社會問題，如城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展差距擴大、經(jīng)濟增長質(zhì)量不高等。從經(jīng)濟學(xué)角度出發(fā)，可持續(xù)發(fā)展的核心為經(jīng)濟的有效增長，即不以減少未來實際收入為代價來使用自然資源，在不降低環(huán)境質(zhì)量和破壞環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上謀求經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。隨著世界經(jīng)濟大環(huán)境的變化以及中國經(jīng)濟進入新常態(tài)，，實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展成為中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的目標(biāo)之一。 產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化是影響經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要因素之一，產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展有著密切的關(guān)系，本文從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化視角探索了經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展問題。論文由以下部分構(gòu)成： 第一部分為基本概念和理論研究，介紹產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展等相關(guān)概念，及相關(guān)國內(nèi)外研究狀況。第二部分為吉林省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展的相關(guān)性分析，首先對吉林省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀及問題進行分析，其次利用世界銀行可持續(xù)發(fā)展測度指標(biāo)，引入調(diào)整凈儲蓄，對可持續(xù)發(fā)展情況進行測度，并通過和全國及其他地區(qū)對比，來對吉林省經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展情況進行定位，同時對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與可持續(xù)發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系進行分析。第三部分，通過對吉林省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化對經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展影響進行實證分析，論證產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化對經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展的影響。最后一部分為結(jié)論與政策建議。 從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)視角來分析經(jīng)濟增長的研究較多，但從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化的視角研究經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展問題，具有一定的創(chuàng)新性，而且符合當(dāng)今時代背景。以吉林省為分析案例，使論文具有明確的指向性。通過對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化對經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生的影響進行理論與實證分析，提出自己的見解，為吉林省通過產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has accumulated a lot of wealth in the continuous expansion of production scale and the continuous improvement of efficiency after more than 30 years of rapid growth. However, the industrial structure, which is dominated by industrial industry, has brought a large number of hidden problems for the development of economy, such as the reduction of natural resources, the deterioration of the environment, and the emergence of some social problems. For example, the gap between urban and rural development, the quality of economic growth is not high. From the perspective of economics, the core of sustainable development is effective economic growth, that is, the use of natural resources at the expense of reducing real income in the future. Seek economic development on the basis of not reducing the environmental quality and destroying the environment. With the changes of the world economic environment and the Chinese economy entering the new normal. To achieve sustainable economic development has become one of the goals of China's economic development. The change of industrial structure is one of the important factors that affect the sustainable development of economy, and the industrial structure has a close relationship with the sustainable development of economy. This paper explores the problem of sustainable economic development from the perspective of industrial structure change. The first part is the basic concept and theoretical research, introducing the industrial structure, economic sustainable development and other related concepts. The second part is the analysis of the relationship between the industrial structure and the sustainable development of economy in Jilin Province. Firstly, the status quo and problems of the industrial structure in Jilin Province are analyzed. Secondly, using the World Bank sustainable development measure index, the introduction of adjusted net savings, the sustainable development of the measurement, and through the national and other regions. To position the situation of economic sustainable development in Jilin Province, and at the same time to analyze the relationship between industrial structure and sustainable development. The third part. Through the empirical analysis of the impact of the industrial structure change on the sustainable economic development in Jilin Province, this paper demonstrates the impact of the industrial structure change on the sustainable economic development. The last part is the conclusion and policy recommendations. There are many researches on the analysis of economic growth from the perspective of industrial structure, but it is innovative to study the problem of economic sustainable development from the perspective of industrial structure change. And in line with the background of the current era. Taking Jilin Province as an analysis case, the paper has a clear directivity. Through theoretical and empirical analysis of the impact of industrial structure changes on economic sustainable development. The author puts forward his own opinion and provides reference for Jilin Province to realize the sustainable development of economy through industrial structure adjustment.
