【摘要】：中國產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級出現(xiàn)困境,但目前以結構論為主流的集群研究理論對此無論在理論解釋亦或政策指導方面均鮮有進展。通過梳理已有的結構論框架下產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論的體系層級、形成邏輯和發(fā)展不足,文章認為產(chǎn)業(yè)集群研究存在內(nèi)在的轉向需要。在此基礎上,基于集群形成、演化和升級時的行為與結構之間的相互關系,以及前后向行為之間的作用機理,進一步分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群研究從結構論框架轉向行為論框架的優(yōu)勢和必然。出于理論指導實踐的考慮,針對中國產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級的具體困境,利用行為論的方法論探討了中國產(chǎn)業(yè)集群形成初期的生存行為對當前產(chǎn)業(yè)集群結構優(yōu)化和層級躍遷的不利影響,并提出相應建議。
[Abstract]:Chinese industrial cluster upgrading difficulties arise, but currently in progress for research on the structure of cluster theory to explain mainstream both in theory or policy guidance are few. Through combing the existing system of hierarchy structure of industrial cluster theory under the framework of the formation of logic and lack of development, the industrial clusters on the steering inner need. On this basis, based on the formation of clusters, the relationship between the behavior and the structure evolution and the upgrade, and after the mechanism between behaviors, further analysis of the research on industrial cluster from the structure of the framework of steering behavior theory frame advantage and necessity. Considering the theory guiding practice, aiming at the specific difficulties Chinese industrial cluster upgrade the methodology of using behavior theory of Chinese industrial clusters early survival behavior on the current structure optimization and industrial cluster level The adverse effects of the transition and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
