【摘要】：利用投入產(chǎn)出模型測(cè)度了北京市分行業(yè)門(mén)類(lèi)的產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)度狀況,以期作為北京非首都功能疏解難易程度和對(duì)未疏解行業(yè)的影響大小的判別依據(jù)之一。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):首先,從分行業(yè)門(mén)類(lèi)的完全消耗系數(shù)來(lái)看,多數(shù)行業(yè)在其行業(yè)內(nèi)部具有較高的產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)性。其次,在影響力系數(shù)和感應(yīng)度系數(shù)現(xiàn)狀和變化分析的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)各行業(yè)影響力系數(shù)和感應(yīng)度系數(shù)交叉分析,分四種類(lèi)型:Ⅰ強(qiáng)輻射、強(qiáng)制約型(4個(gè)),Ⅱ弱輻射、強(qiáng)制約型(5個(gè)),Ⅲ弱輻射、弱制約型(9個(gè)),Ⅳ強(qiáng)輻射、弱制約型(1個(gè)),2002—2012年,僅4個(gè)行業(yè)發(fā)生類(lèi)型改變。最后,從功能疏解角度,對(duì)不同類(lèi)型行業(yè)的疏解難易程度和對(duì)未疏解行業(yè)影響大小進(jìn)行探討,其中Ⅰ強(qiáng)輻射、強(qiáng)制約型因其與其他行業(yè)的關(guān)聯(lián)度較高,Ⅱ弱輻射、強(qiáng)制約型是其他行業(yè)發(fā)展的重要保障,疏解對(duì)其他行業(yè)的制約作用較強(qiáng),這兩種類(lèi)型疏解對(duì)未疏解產(chǎn)業(yè)影響相對(duì)較大;Ⅲ弱輻射、弱制約型因其對(duì)其他行業(yè)的輻射和制約作用相對(duì)都較弱,Ⅳ強(qiáng)輻射、弱制約型雖其發(fā)展對(duì)其他行業(yè)的輻射帶動(dòng)較強(qiáng),但其他行業(yè)對(duì)其需求引力不高,故而這兩種類(lèi)型疏解對(duì)未疏解產(chǎn)業(yè)影響相對(duì)較小。
