【摘要】：近年來,受資源、環(huán)境的約束影響,我國東部地區(qū)的要素成本不斷上漲,東部地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)向中西部地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移已經(jīng)成為必然趨勢。對中西部地區(qū)而言,如何利用這種趨勢,合理利用承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移帶來的發(fā)展機遇,就成為當前區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的熱點話題。城市是生產(chǎn)要素的集聚地,是承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的主要載體。當城市化的發(fā)展速度和承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的發(fā)展速度不協(xié)調(diào)時,就不可避免地出現(xiàn)要素資源的錯配,造成個別區(qū)域要素資源不足或者要素資源過剩,進而將影響到區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。因此,以承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和城市化的耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展為視角展開研究,對提高承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移效率,提升城市化水平,促進區(qū)域經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展具有重要意義。耦合是一個物理學(xué)概念,它最初是指電容器和電容器之間的相互影響的一種狀態(tài),后來被引入到系統(tǒng)論當中。從系統(tǒng)的角度來說,耦合是指系統(tǒng)與系統(tǒng)之間相互依存、彼此影響的一種協(xié)調(diào)共生關(guān)系。以本文的研究來說,承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和城市化的耦合,即是把承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和城市化分別看作兩個不同的系統(tǒng),研究他們之間相互依存、彼此影響的關(guān)系。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于:目前國內(nèi)外文獻對承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的研究較為豐富,研究內(nèi)容包括承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的驅(qū)動因素、承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的效果等;對城市化的研究也有很多,包括對城市化的發(fā)展路徑、發(fā)展質(zhì)量、內(nèi)涵延伸等;然而,對承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和城市化之間關(guān)系的研究卻很少,僅有少部分文獻從空間計量的角度單獨研究了承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移對城市化的影響或城市化對承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的影響�；诖�,本文將借助于物理學(xué)中的耦合理論,從系統(tǒng)論的角度分析欠發(fā)達地區(qū)承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和城市化之間的耦合關(guān)系,并在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建兩者的綜合評價體系和耦合評價模型,然后使用該模型對皖江示范區(qū)2009-2015年承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和城市化的耦合關(guān)系進行評價研究,以期對皖江示范區(qū)承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和城市化的發(fā)展提供參考和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the constraints of resources and environment, the factor cost in the eastern region of China has been rising, and the industrial transfer from the eastern region to the central and western regions has become an inevitable trend, as far as the central and western regions are concerned. How to make use of this trend and make rational use of the development opportunities brought by the industrial transfer has become a hot topic in the current regional economy, and the city is the gathering place of the factors of production. It is the main carrier of undertaking industry transfer. When the development speed of urbanization and the development speed of undertaking industry transfer are not coordinated, the mismatch of factor resources will inevitably occur. It will affect the development of regional economy. Therefore, the study is based on the coordinated and coupled development of industry transfer and urbanization. It is of great significance to improve the efficiency of undertaking industrial transfer, improve the level of urbanization and promote the coordinated development of regional economy. Coupling is a physical concept. It refers to a state of interaction between capacitors and capacitors, which was later introduced into system theory. From the system point of view, coupling refers to the interdependence between the system and the system. This paper studies the coupling of undertaking industry transfer and urbanization, that is to say, undertaking industry transfer and urbanization are regarded as two different systems respectively. The innovation of this paper lies in: at present, the domestic and foreign literature on undertaking industrial transfer is relatively rich, the research content includes the driving factors of undertaking industrial transfer. Undertake the effect of industrial transfer; There are many researches on urbanization, including the development path, development quality, connotation extension and so on. However, there is little research on the relationship between industrial transfer and urbanization. Only a few documents have studied the impact of undertaking industry transfer on urbanization or urbanization from the perspective of spatial measurement. Based on this, this paper will rely on coupling theory in physics. This paper analyzes the coupling relationship between industrial transfer and urbanization in underdeveloped areas from the perspective of system theory, and then constructs a comprehensive evaluation system and a coupling evaluation model between them. Then the model is used to evaluate the coupling relationship between industrial transfer and urbanization in Anhui River demonstration area from 2009 to 2015. It is expected to provide reference and basis for the development of industry transfer and urbanization in Anhui River demonstration area.
