【摘要】：在對中國煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新能力和技術創(chuàng)新效率測度的基礎上,利用VAR模型對二者之間的關系進行了分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):中國煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新能力總體呈波動上升趨勢,而創(chuàng)新投入規(guī)模不足仍然是制約技術創(chuàng)新效率的主要因素。從二者關系看,煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新效率對技術創(chuàng)新能力有正向促進作用,但技術創(chuàng)新能力對技術創(chuàng)新效率卻有負作用,這可能與邊際收益遞減規(guī)律有關。
[Abstract]:On the basis of measuring the technological innovation ability and technological innovation efficiency of China's coal industry. The VAR model is used to analyze the relationship between the two. It is found that the technological innovation ability of China's coal industry is on the whole fluctuating and rising. The insufficient scale of innovation investment is still the main factor restricting the efficiency of technological innovation. From the relationship between the two, the efficiency of technological innovation in coal industry has a positive role in promoting the ability of technological innovation. However, the ability of technological innovation has a negative effect on the efficiency of technological innovation, which may be related to the law of diminishing marginal income.
