【摘要】：創(chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展是實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化和現(xiàn)代化的必經(jīng)之路,而創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡和創(chuàng)新平臺則是創(chuàng)新行為產(chǎn)生、農(nóng)業(yè)提檔升級的重要載體。湖北省汀市小龍蝦產(chǎn)業(yè)作為特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的典型案例,體現(xiàn)了創(chuàng)新驅動的三產(chǎn)融合發(fā)展路徑。創(chuàng)新行為以地方政府編織的關系網(wǎng)絡為依托,早期非正式的創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)由政府的因勢利導,逐漸被打造為產(chǎn)學研用的創(chuàng)新平臺,基于網(wǎng)絡的創(chuàng)新從而得以制度化的形式穩(wěn)固下來。相較于創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡,創(chuàng)新平臺更有助于整合創(chuàng)新資源、銜接國家政策和提升創(chuàng)新能力。創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡與創(chuàng)新平臺保障了特色農(nóng)業(yè)持續(xù)的創(chuàng)新行為并為產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉型升級提供了動力,而地方政府在創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡和平臺建構中扮演的橋梁角色至關重要。
[Abstract]:Innovation driven development is the only way which must be passed to realize agricultural industrialization and modernization, and innovation network and innovation platform is an important carrier of innovation behavior, the upgrading of agriculture. Hubei province Ting City crayfish industry as a typical case of characteristic agricultural development, innovation driven three integration development path of innovation behavior in local network. The government is relying on the weaving, early informal innovation network through government gradually build innovation platform in the light of its general trend, for research use, network innovation and institutionalized form stable down. Based on compared to the innovation network, innovation platform more contribute to the integration of innovation resources, convergence of national policies and enhance the innovation capability of innovation network. The innovation behavior and innovation platform security characteristic agriculture sustained and provide the impetus for the transformation and upgrading of industries, and the local government in the innovation network The role of the bridge in the construction of the collaterals and platforms is very important.
