【摘要】:全球生產(chǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的出現(xiàn)為獲取資源,提高資源配置效率,實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和產(chǎn)業(yè)效率提升提供了平臺。隨著全球網(wǎng)絡(luò)化經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,積極探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源、網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)力對產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的影響,無論是對全球生產(chǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)還是對于其中新興經(jīng)濟體企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展都具有重要意義。獲取和整合何種資源形成網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)力,如何利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)力推動產(chǎn)業(yè)升級是新興市場國家及其企業(yè)亟待解決的現(xiàn)實問題。在繼承國內(nèi)外已有研究基礎(chǔ)上,本研究采用基于扎根理論的探索性案例研究方法,探究網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源和網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)力的構(gòu)成及其對產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的影響機理。通過量表選擇、問卷設(shè)計和數(shù)據(jù)收集,運用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型擬合網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源、網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)力和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級之間的作用關(guān)系,分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源、網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)力對產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的靜態(tài)作用;依據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源、網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)力的維度構(gòu)成和靜態(tài)影響規(guī)律構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)動力學模型并進行仿真,分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源、網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)力與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級動態(tài)作用。得到如下研究結(jié)論:(1)構(gòu)建了網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源、網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)力與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級理論模型,明確了三者作用機理在歸納網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源、網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)力和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級已有研究基礎(chǔ)上,通過基于扎根理論的探索性案例分析,構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源、網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)力與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級理論模型。探析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)力和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級前置性因素的誘導(dǎo)作用。提出了網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)力在網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源作用于產(chǎn)業(yè)升級過程中的中介作用。理論模型的構(gòu)建解析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源、網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)力與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的作用關(guān)系,明確了三者作用機理。(2)網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)力在網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源作用于產(chǎn)業(yè)升級過程中發(fā)揮中介作用。深入探尋影響產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的資源和權(quán)力因素及其路徑傳導(dǎo)機制。明確網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源、網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)力和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級作用機理基礎(chǔ)上,提出可供實證的概念模型及相關(guān)假設(shè)。利用問卷數(shù)據(jù)對樣本進行統(tǒng)計分析,對網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)力中介作用假設(shè)進行了實證檢驗。研究表明,網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)力不同維度對于網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源影響產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的中介作用存在差異。制度權(quán)力和知識權(quán)力在節(jié)點資源影響產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的過程中發(fā)揮部分中介作用;結(jié)構(gòu)權(quán)力和制度權(quán)力在結(jié)構(gòu)資源影響產(chǎn)業(yè)升級過程中發(fā)揮部分中介作用;關(guān)系資源完全通過制度權(quán)力固化從而推動產(chǎn)業(yè)升級。研究結(jié)果充分證明并解釋了網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)力傳導(dǎo)至產(chǎn)業(yè)升級,同時發(fā)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模在網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)力的過程中發(fā)揮顯著調(diào)節(jié)作用。(3)網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源基礎(chǔ)上的網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)力與產(chǎn)業(yè)升級具有動態(tài)演化作用。產(chǎn)業(yè)升級系統(tǒng)具有高階、非線性等復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)的特征,是一個復(fù)雜的社會經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)。人才增長率、利潤率和技術(shù)淘汰率主要通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)力的知識權(quán)力和制度權(quán)力作用于產(chǎn)品升級,生產(chǎn)高利潤產(chǎn)品、淘汰低技術(shù)含量產(chǎn)品是產(chǎn)品升級的重要途徑。人才增長率、利潤率和技術(shù)淘汰率通過知識權(quán)力作用于工藝升級,對高端技術(shù)掌控是工藝升級的主要體現(xiàn);人才增長率、利潤率和技術(shù)淘汰率通過結(jié)構(gòu)權(quán)力作用于功能升級,企業(yè)在全球生產(chǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的鏈接關(guān)系的改變可以幫助其向高端價值鏈攀升,提升營銷、研發(fā)等功能。人才增長率、利潤率和技術(shù)淘汰率通過認同權(quán)力作用于鏈升級,隨著認同積累,在開拓全新價值鏈過程具有優(yōu)勢。此外,在構(gòu)建產(chǎn)業(yè)升級系統(tǒng)動力學模型基礎(chǔ)上,對河北省鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)進行仿真分析。綜上,網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源是驅(qū)動產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的基礎(chǔ)要素,沿網(wǎng)絡(luò)權(quán)力形成的過程傳遞,經(jīng)過對資源的整合和配置,最終作用于產(chǎn)品升級、工藝升級、功能升級和鏈升級的變化。
[Abstract]:The emergence of global production networks for access to resources, improve the efficiency of resource allocation, provide a platform to realize the optimization of industrial structure and industrial efficiency with the rapid development of global network economy, and actively explore the cyber source, the power of the network effects on industrial upgrading, whether it is the global production network or for which is of great significance to the survival and development companies in emerging economies.
