【摘要】：核桃是廣受歡迎的一種堅果。種植面積廣闊,適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)。核桃的故鄉(xiāng)是亞洲西部的伊朗,因漢代張騫出使西域后帶回中國,自此傳播到中國各地。我國現(xiàn)有核桃通過長久以來的國外引種以及已經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)的天然雜交種共分3組8個種,品種豐富。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人民生活水平的不斷提高,核桃的營養(yǎng)價值和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益開始被重視,人們對核桃及其形形色色加工品的需求量越來越大,從而促使核桃價格不斷攀升。核桃擁有喜陽、喜水的特點,其抗寒,抗旱以及抗病方面的能力較強(qiáng),適合在不同類型的土壤中生長,偏好沙質(zhì)土壤,并且對于水與肥料的要求不高,常見于山區(qū)河谷兩旁土層深厚的地方。因此孝義市對于核桃的種植有著得天獨厚的自然條件優(yōu)勢。孝義市核桃種植規(guī)模的持續(xù)擴(kuò)大,進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)了全市核桃加工產(chǎn)業(yè)的深入拓展,帶動了孝義市經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,拓寬了經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展渠道,延伸了產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條,提高了農(nóng)民收入。但是孝義市核桃產(chǎn)業(yè)在發(fā)展中也有諸多問題,如資金薄弱;傳統(tǒng)思想觀念根深蒂固,缺乏科學(xué)的種植技術(shù)和管理方法;品種雜亂,產(chǎn)量低,效益差;未形成有影響力品牌,市場競爭力弱；后續(xù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展滯后,合作化生產(chǎn)水平低,仍處于自產(chǎn)自銷狀態(tài)等嚴(yán)重制約著孝義市核桃產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,因此研究新形勢下孝義市核桃產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,探討孝義市核桃產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的新思路、新策略很有必要。本文在借鑒國內(nèi)外關(guān)于核桃產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,以孝義市核桃產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對象進(jìn)行研究。論文共分五章。第一章為導(dǎo)論,包括研究背景、研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究綜述、研究方法、論文結(jié)構(gòu)以及創(chuàng)新點。第二章為本文研究的相關(guān)理論。第三章分析當(dāng)前孝義市核桃產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,主要介紹了孝義市的自然地理條件、核桃種植現(xiàn)狀、加工現(xiàn)狀、銷售情況以及品牌建設(shè)情況,并用SWOT分析方法分析了當(dāng)前孝義市核桃產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢和劣勢、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),并指出了孝義市核桃產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中的不足之處。第四章提出了促進(jìn)孝義市核桃產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的措施。第五章為對整篇文章進(jìn)行概括和結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Walnut is a popular nut. It is widely planted and adaptable. The hometown of walnut is Iran in the west of Asia. Zhang Qian sent to the Western region and brought it back to China in the Han Dynasty. Since then, walnut has been spread to all parts of China. Walnut in China is divided into 3 groups and 8 species through the introduction of foreign species and the natural hybrids that have been discovered for a long time, with the development of economy. With the improvement of people's living standard, the nutritional value and economic benefit of walnut have been paid more and more attention, and the demand for walnut and its various processed products is increasing. Walnut has the characteristics of Xiyang, water, cold resistance, drought resistance and disease resistance, which is suitable for growth in different types of soil and preference for sandy soil. And the water and fertilizer requirements are not high. It is often found in the deep soil layer on both sides of the mountain valley. Therefore, Xiao-yi has a unique natural advantage for walnut planting. The growing scale of walnut in Xiaoyi City continues to expand. Further promoted the city's walnut processing industry to further expand, driving the economic development of Xiaoyi City, broaden the economic development channels, extended the industrial chain. However, there are many problems in the development of walnut industry in Xiaoyi, such as weak funds; The traditional ideas are deeply rooted and lack of scientific planting techniques and management methods; The variety is messy, the yield is low, the benefit is poor; No influential brand is formed, and the market competitiveness is weak; The development of the follow-up industry lags behind, the level of cooperative production is low, still in the state of self-production and self-marketing, which seriously restricts the development of the walnut industry in Xiaoyi City, so the status quo of the development of the walnut industry in Xiaoyi City under the new situation is studied. It is necessary to discuss the new ideas and strategies of the development of walnut industry in Xiaoyi City. This paper draws lessons from the domestic and foreign research results on the development of walnut industry. The paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, including the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research review, research methods. The second chapter is the related theory of this paper. Chapter three analyzes the current situation of the development of the walnut industry in Xiaoyi, mainly introduces the natural geographical conditions of Xiaoyi, the current situation of walnut planting. Processing status, sales and brand construction situation, using SWOT analysis method to analyze the current advantages and disadvantages of the development of the walnut industry in Xiaoyi, opportunities and challenges. The paper also points out the deficiency in the development of walnut industry in Xiaoyi City. Chapter 4th puts forward the measures to promote the development of walnut industry in Xiaoyi City. Chapter 5th summarizes and concludes the whole article.
