【摘要】：健康產(chǎn)業(yè)是社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),與社會(huì)民生、居民消費(fèi)等息息相關(guān)。即是可持續(xù)發(fā)展的低消耗產(chǎn)業(yè),又是極具前景的朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)。不僅能有效拉動(dòng)需求、優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,而且能提供新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。健康產(chǎn)業(yè)穩(wěn)步有序的發(fā)展主要是因?yàn)槠淠軡M足各年齡段人們對(duì)自身健康的需求,這種健康需求包括生理的健康和心靈的愉悅。居民消費(fèi)的發(fā)展前景應(yīng)該是從物質(zhì)消費(fèi)以及奢侈品購(gòu)買向身心健康的追求和生活品質(zhì)的提升轉(zhuǎn)變,此亦是健康產(chǎn)業(yè)能持續(xù)發(fā)展的根本推動(dòng)力。從諸多方面來(lái)講,健康產(chǎn)業(yè)是新興的、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的產(chǎn)業(yè),是有巨大市場(chǎng)潛力的。不完全統(tǒng)計(jì),健康產(chǎn)業(yè)涉及醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)品、醫(yī)療服務(wù)、健康食品、休閑旅游等多個(gè)與個(gè)人身體健康息息相關(guān)的領(lǐng)域。結(jié)合當(dāng)前情況來(lái)看,國(guó)內(nèi)健康產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展還未形成規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì),系統(tǒng)完整的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條并未建立,雖然部分地區(qū)在健康產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方面取得了一定成效,但總體上來(lái)說(shuō),我國(guó)健康產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展還處于初級(jí)階段。延邊州在發(fā)展健康產(chǎn)業(yè)方面有它得天獨(dú)厚的優(yōu)勢(shì),地理位置特殊,相鄰俄羅斯、朝鮮,臨近韓國(guó)、日本,交通便利、口岸眾多,在與他國(guó)開(kāi)展健康產(chǎn)業(yè)合作中有獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì)。延邊是生態(tài)天堂,森林覆蓋率達(dá)到80.5%,是我國(guó)重要中藥材基地,長(zhǎng)白山礦泉水基地是世界三大礦泉水基地之一。多種多樣的食品資源,為健康產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了有利條件。健康產(chǎn)業(yè)積極有序的發(fā)展,不僅使延邊州形象更佳,而且影響力逐步增加,本地居民幸福指數(shù)也會(huì)更上一個(gè)臺(tái)階。大力發(fā)展健康產(chǎn)業(yè),是實(shí)現(xiàn)延邊經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的重要途徑,將助飛延邊經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平再上一個(gè)新臺(tái)階。毋庸諱言,雖然延邊州擁有發(fā)展健康產(chǎn)業(yè)的良好基礎(chǔ)和條件,但當(dāng)前還存在很多制約健康產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的因素。根據(jù)這些問(wèn)題,結(jié)合延邊州實(shí)際情況,本文提出一些加快延邊州健康產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的建議。
[Abstract]:Health industry is a basic social industry, closely related to the people's livelihood, residents' consumption and so on. It is not only a low consumption industry of sustainable development, but also a promising sunrise industry. It can not only effectively pull the demand, optimize the structure. Promote economic development and provide new economic growth. The steady and orderly development of the health industry is mainly because it can meet the needs of people of all ages for their own health. The development prospect of resident consumption should be from material consumption and luxury purchase to the pursuit of physical and mental health and the improvement of quality of life. This is also the fundamental driving force for the sustainable development of the health industry. From many aspects, the health industry is a new, sustainable development industry, which has huge market potential. Incomplete statistics. Health industry involves medical products, medical services, health food, leisure tourism and many other areas closely related to personal health. Combined with the current situation, the development of domestic health industry has not yet formed economies of scale. Although some regions have made some achievements in the development of health industry, the whole industry chain has not been established. The development of health industry in China is still in the primary stage. Yanbian prefecture has its unique advantages in developing health industry, special geographical location, neighboring Russia, North Korea, neighboring South Korea, Japan, convenient transportation. Yanbian is an ecological paradise with forest coverage of 80.5 and is an important base of traditional Chinese medicine in China. Changbai Mountain Mineral Water Base is one of the three major mineral water bases in the world. A variety of food resources provide favorable conditions for the development of the health industry. The positive and orderly development of the health industry not only makes the image of Yanbian prefecture better. And the influence gradually increases, the local residents' happiness index will also rise to a higher level. Vigorously developing the health industry is an important way to realize the transformation and upgrading of Yanbian's economic development. Will help fly Yanbian economic development level to a new level. Needless to say, although Yanbian prefecture has a good foundation and conditions for the development of health industry. However, there are still many factors restricting the development of health industry. According to these problems and the actual situation of Yanbian Prefecture, this paper puts forward some suggestions for speeding up the development of health industry in Yanbian Prefecture.
