【摘要】：近年來,我國老年健康產(chǎn)業(yè)市場(chǎng)廣闊,國家的政策傾斜明顯,"供給側(cè)改革"的出臺(tái)更為其發(fā)展帶來了契機(jī)。但是,當(dāng)前我國老年健康產(chǎn)業(yè)非常不成熟,主要問題是:產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈偏短,尚未形成明顯的集群效應(yīng),運(yùn)作中缺乏規(guī)范化和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,資金和專業(yè)人才缺口較大,等等。積極應(yīng)對(duì)老齡化問題,需要采取以下措施:加強(qiáng)立法,促進(jìn)老年健康產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)范化運(yùn)營;加大政府支持力度,提高社會(huì)認(rèn)知度,強(qiáng)化專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng);建立老年健康產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū),完善養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)配套措施。通過這些措施,讓老齡化成為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展重要的機(jī)遇,使老年健康產(chǎn)業(yè)成為國家新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點(diǎn)。發(fā)展老年健康產(chǎn)業(yè),對(duì)于國家積極應(yīng)對(duì)老齡化帶來的壓力和提高國民經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的作用不容小覷。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's elderly health industry has a broad market, the national policy tilt is obvious, the introduction of "supply-side reform" has brought more opportunities for its development. However, the current elderly health industry in China is very immature. The main problems are: short industrial chain, no obvious cluster effect, lack of standardization and standardization in operation, large gap of funds and professionals, and so on. The following measures should be taken: strengthening legislation to promote the standardized operation of the elderly health industry; Increase government support, improve social awareness, strengthen the training of professional personnel; The establishment of the elderly health industry park, the improvement of supporting measures related to the old-age industry. Through these measures, aging becomes an important opportunity for the economic development of our country. It is important to develop the health industry for the elderly to deal with the pressure brought by the aging and to raise the level of the national economy.
