【摘要】：戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)是指建立在重大前沿科技突破的基礎上,代表未來科技和產業(yè)發(fā)展新方向的相關產業(yè)。在戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)培育活動中,加大資源節(jié)約環(huán)境友好型產業(yè)的投入力度,重視民生類產業(yè)的投資,積極開展基礎設施建設。優(yōu)先發(fā)展高效節(jié)能、先進環(huán)保、循環(huán)利用的戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)。本文從戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)的培育和發(fā)展模式展開分析,提出幾點有利于提升產業(yè)發(fā)展效率的可行性建議。
[Abstract]:The strategic new industry refers to the related industries, which are based on the breakthrough of the major frontier science and technology, and represent the new direction of the future technology and industry development. In the cultivation of strategic emerging industries, we should increase investment in resource saving and environment-friendly industries, attach importance to investment in people's livelihood industry, and actively carry out infrastructure construction. We should give priority to the development of strategic new industries with high efficiency, energy saving, advanced environmental protection and recycling. This paper analyzes the cultivation and development model of strategic emerging industries, and puts forward some feasible suggestions to improve the efficiency of industrial development.
