出口對(duì)一國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)而言具有非常重要的作用,而企業(yè)出口能力受到職工接受教育的程度和技能培訓(xùn)。許多實(shí)證研究例如,Kaynak(1992),Beamish、Craig和Mc Lellan(1993)都表明人力資本對(duì)企業(yè)出口具有顯著的影響。作為發(fā)展中國(guó)家,摩洛哥政府近年來加大了教育投資希望通過人力資本推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展;與此同時(shí),摩洛哥的對(duì)外貿(mào)易也保持了一定的增長(zhǎng)�；诖�,本文考察了人力資本對(duì)企業(yè)出口的影響。本文采用世界銀行2019年對(duì)摩洛哥企業(yè)的問卷調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),采用STATA軟件進(jìn)行了分析。實(shí)證結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),職工受教育的程度與企業(yè)出口呈顯著的正相關(guān),而技能培訓(xùn)系數(shù)雖然為正但并沒有通過顯著性檢驗(yàn),這或許是因?yàn)槠髽I(yè)對(duì)職工技能培訓(xùn)較少造成的,穩(wěn)健性檢驗(yàn)也證實(shí)了該結(jié)論。摩洛哥政府因繼續(xù)加大教育投資,推動(dòng)人力資本的提升,對(duì)于企業(yè)而言,也應(yīng)加大對(duì)職工技能培訓(xùn),提升出口能力。
