中部3省城市建設(shè)用地功能時空演化特征

【摘要】:定量識別區(qū)域城市建設(shè)用地功能演化特征與模式,是推進可持續(xù)城市建設(shè)用地開發(fā)利用與管理、助力新型城鎮(zhèn)化等國家戰(zhàn)略的重要基礎(chǔ)。從人口承載、生產(chǎn)與消費、公共服務(wù)3個方面構(gòu)建了城市建設(shè)用地功能評價指標體系與模型,以地級市為研究單元探究了2000~2014年期間我國中部3省多尺度城市建設(shè)用地功能演化特征與模式。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)中部3省城市建設(shè)用地人口承載、生產(chǎn)與消費、公共服務(wù)和綜合功能總體呈改善趨勢,但演化過程復雜;(2)不同尺度尤其是城市群地區(qū)城市建設(shè)用地功能演化特征差異明顯。沿長江和城市群地區(qū)城市建設(shè)用地功能演化強度高,但城市群地區(qū)空間異質(zhì)性較強;(3)城市建設(shè)用地功能演化以復合型演化模式為主,演化格局復雜。其中,城市建設(shè)用地人口承載功能演化模式類型最多,且局部地區(qū)呈衰退型演化格局;城市建設(shè)用地生產(chǎn)與消費、公共服務(wù)功能和綜合功能演化模式類型相對較少,且大多集中連片分布,武漢城市建設(shè)用地綜合功能加速改善型演化特征顯著。如何深入探究城市建設(shè)用地功能演化模式形成機理,并系統(tǒng)制定多級城市建設(shè)用地可持續(xù)利用管理策略,是實現(xiàn)我國新型城鎮(zhèn)化和"美麗中國夢"等戰(zhàn)略的重要任務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Quantitative identification of the functional evolution characteristics and patterns of regional urban construction land is an important basis for promoting the development, utilization and management of sustainable urban construction land and promoting new urbanization. The evaluation index system and model of urban construction land function are constructed from three aspects: population carrying, production and consumption, and public service. Taking prefecture-level cities as research units, this paper explores the functional evolution characteristics and models of multi-scale urban construction land in three provinces of central China during 2014. The results show that: (1) the population carrying, production and consumption, public service and comprehensive function of urban construction land in the three provinces of central China show an overall improvement trend, but the evolution process is complex; (2) the functional evolution characteristics of urban construction land in different scales, especially in urban agglomeration areas, are obviously different. The functional evolution intensity of urban construction land along the Yangtze River and urban agglomeration area is high, but the spatial heterogeneity of urban agglomeration area is strong. (3) the functional evolution of urban construction land is dominated by compound evolution model, and the evolution pattern is complex. Among them, the evolution model of population carrying function of urban construction land is the most, and the local area shows a declining evolution pattern. The types of urban construction land production and consumption, public service function and comprehensive function evolution model are relatively few, and most of them are concentrated in continuous distribution. The evolution characteristics of Wuhan urban construction land comprehensive function accelerated improvement are significant. How to deeply explore the formation mechanism of the functional evolution model of urban construction land and systematically formulate the management strategy of sustainable utilization of multi-level urban construction land is an important task to realize the new urbanization and "beautiful Chinese Dream" strategy in China.
