【摘要】：本文基于微觀調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了預(yù)期房?jī)r(jià)變動(dòng)對(duì)不同類型城鎮(zhèn)家庭的消費(fèi)支出的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),雖然預(yù)期房?jī)r(jià)上漲會(huì)促進(jìn)持有住房家庭的消費(fèi)支出和抑制尚無(wú)住房家庭的消費(fèi)支出,但是預(yù)期房?jī)r(jià)變動(dòng)對(duì)于家庭消費(fèi)支出的總體影響并不顯著。這意味著,調(diào)控房?jī)r(jià)無(wú)助于提升中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)家庭的消費(fèi)支出。本文最后對(duì)上述結(jié)果進(jìn)行解釋,并給出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the micro-survey data, this paper empirically examines the impact of expected house price changes on the consumption expenditure of different types of urban households. It is found that although the expected increase in house prices will promote the consumption expenditure of households holding housing and restrain the consumption expenditure of non-housing families, the overall impact of expected house price changes on household consumption expenditure is not significant. This means that regulating house prices will not help boost spending by Chinese urban households. Finally, this paper explains the above results, and gives the corresponding policy recommendations.
