【摘要】：特色小鎮(zhèn)是我國新型城鎮(zhèn)化中的重要組成部分。本文從根植性的角度探討特色小鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展模式,建立了"特色"形成的理論體系,將根植性的表現(xiàn)形態(tài)分為自然資源稟賦、社會資本基礎(chǔ)以及市場需求偏好這三類,分別從這三個方面研究特色的形成,并得出根植性本身具有獨特性、網(wǎng)絡(luò)性、發(fā)展性、繼承性和易逝性的特性。根據(jù)根植性的理論原理,本文對我國第一批特色小鎮(zhèn)進行分析,總結(jié)出各區(qū)域特色小鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展模式的特征,為特色小鎮(zhèn)的建設(shè)提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The characteristic town is an important part in the new urbanization of our country. This paper probes into the development mode of characteristic town from the angle of root, establishes the theory system of "characteristic" formation, divides the expression form of root into three categories: natural resource endowment, social capital foundation and market demand preference, and it can be divided into three categories: natural resource endowment, social capital foundation and market demand preference. This paper studies the formation of characteristics from these three aspects, and draws a conclusion that radicalization itself has the characteristics of uniqueness, network, development, inheritance and perishable. According to the theory and principle of root-planting, this paper analyzes the first group of small towns with characteristics in China, summarizes the characteristics of the development pattern of small towns with different regional characteristics, and provides a theoretical basis for the construction of small towns with characteristics.
