【摘要】：資源型城市轉(zhuǎn)型勢在必行,文章旨在分析資源型城市發(fā)展系統(tǒng)"經(jīng)濟-社會-生態(tài)"的耦合關(guān)系,為城市協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展提供參考借鑒。以武安市為研究區(qū),構(gòu)建評價指標(biāo)體系,運用耦合協(xié)調(diào)度模型分析現(xiàn)狀,以灰色GM(1,1)模型預(yù)測未來趨勢。結(jié)果表明:(1)2007年武安市耦合協(xié)調(diào)度為中度失調(diào),2008—2010年好轉(zhuǎn)至輕度失調(diào),2011—2014年除2013外均處于瀕臨協(xié)調(diào),經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、環(huán)境惡化、社會響應(yīng)敏感反映出城市發(fā)展系統(tǒng)三大組分的協(xié)調(diào)共進。(2)灰色模型預(yù)測當(dāng)?shù)?015—2019年仍將處于瀕臨失調(diào),耦合協(xié)調(diào)水平提升遲緩,表明資源型城市發(fā)展系統(tǒng)各組分間雖然耦合更緊密,但協(xié)調(diào)水平提升空間仍較大。(3)資源型城市要強化"經(jīng)濟-社會-生態(tài)"相協(xié)調(diào)的發(fā)展觀念,實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)增長。
[Abstract]:The transformation of resource-based city is imperative. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the coupling relationship between "economy-society-ecology" of resource-based city development system, and to provide reference for the coordinated development of city. Taking Wu'an as the study area, the evaluation index system is constructed, the present situation is analyzed by the coupling coordination degree model, and the future trend is predicted by the grey GM (1,1) model. The results are as follows: (1) in 2007, the coupling coordination degree of Wu'an City was moderate imbalance, from 2008 to 2010, the coupling coordination degree was improved from 2008 to 2010, and all but 2013 in 2011-2014 were on the verge of coordination, economic development and environmental deterioration. The sensitivity of the social response reflects the coordinated progress of the three components of the urban development system. (2) the grey model predicts that the local area will still be on the verge of imbalance in 2015-2019, and the level of coupling coordination will rise slowly. It is indicated that although the components of resource-based urban development system are more closely coupled, there is still a large space for the improvement of coordination level. (3) Resource-based cities should strengthen the concept of "economic-social-ecological" coordinated development to achieve sustainable growth.
