【摘要】：受經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境與市場等一系列因素的影響,我國諸多上市公司企業(yè)成長的過程中普遍會選擇多元化經(jīng)營作為自身的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,這也是企業(yè)實現(xiàn)擴(kuò)張的重要途徑。企業(yè)通過多元化經(jīng)營實現(xiàn)從規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)模式轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榉秶?jīng)濟(jì),與此同時企業(yè)多元化又能有效提高公司價值與競爭力。因此,在利益與效率的雙重吸引下,許多的企業(yè)紛紛投身多元化經(jīng)營的行列。然而,實際上真正多元化成功的企業(yè)卻是鳳毛麟角。因為許多企業(yè)只是盲目地尋求擴(kuò)張,而忽視了自身的競爭能力、企業(yè)規(guī)模、資金實力等多種綜合因素,這樣反而損害了企業(yè)的價值。所以,企業(yè)績效也往往用以評價多元化實施效果的好壞。本文以新湖中寶為例,采用案例分析的方法,針對其多元化經(jīng)營模式下的績效進(jìn)行分析評價。文章從研究背景和研究意義出發(fā),梳理了國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀以及理論基礎(chǔ)。簡要說明了新湖中寶的企業(yè)概況與多元化經(jīng)營的進(jìn)程,探究其多元化的動因。根據(jù)新湖中寶年報中的數(shù)據(jù),對其多元化經(jīng)營前后的績效進(jìn)行對比分析,具體從盈利能力、成長能力、償債能力、營運能力等四個方面分析多元化給企業(yè)帶來的影響,為了結(jié)論的穩(wěn)健性,對比分析了同行業(yè)專業(yè)化經(jīng)營的競爭對手的績效。通過自身前后比較和競爭對手績效對比分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)在進(jìn)行多元化經(jīng)營后績效有所下降,盈利能力等并未提到明顯提高。本文針對新湖中寶的非相關(guān)多元化經(jīng)營中出現(xiàn)的問題,提出了幾點改進(jìn)建議:加強企業(yè)核心競爭力,形成持續(xù)的競爭優(yōu)勢;謹(jǐn)慎進(jìn)入非相關(guān)多元化領(lǐng)域,應(yīng)該要積累該行業(yè)有關(guān)經(jīng)驗,同時具備相應(yīng)實力,才能提高多元化成功的可能性;依照內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,適當(dāng)調(diào)整多元化領(lǐng)域,實施戰(zhàn)略前應(yīng)該客觀分析自身情況與行業(yè)發(fā)展,權(quán)衡利弊,謹(jǐn)慎實行多元化經(jīng)營,而不是盲目地進(jìn)入高利潤的行業(yè),卻忽視了其存在的風(fēng)險;企業(yè)要適度實施多元化經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略,同時要保障現(xiàn)金流的充裕,以保證企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的良性循環(huán)。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of a series of factors, such as economic environment and market, many listed companies in China generally choose diversification as their own development strategy in the process of their growth, which is also an important way for enterprises to achieve expansion. Through diversification, enterprises can change from economies of scale to economies of scope. At the same time, diversification of enterprises can effectively improve the value and competitiveness of the company. Therefore, under the dual attraction of interest and efficiency, many enterprises have joined the ranks of diversification. In fact, however, the true diversification of successful enterprises is rare. Because many enterprises just blindly seek expansion, but ignore their own competitiveness, enterprise scale, capital strength and other comprehensive factors, which on the contrary has damaged the value of the enterprise. Therefore, enterprise performance is often used to evaluate the effectiveness of diversification. Taking Xinhu Zhongbao as an example, this paper uses the method of case analysis to analyze and evaluate the performance of the new lake under the diversified business model. Starting from the research background and significance, this paper combs the research status and theoretical basis at home and abroad. This paper briefly explains the general situation of the enterprise and the process of diversification of the new lake treasure, and probes into the motivation of its diversification. According to the data in Xinhu Zhongbao Annual report, this paper makes a comparative analysis of its performance before and after diversification, and analyzes the impact of diversification on enterprises from four aspects: profitability, growth ability, solvency, operational capacity, etc. In order to be robust, this paper compares and analyzes the performance of competitors who specialize in the same industry. Through self-comparison and comparative analysis of competitors' performance, it is found that the performance of enterprises has decreased after diversification, and the profitability has not been mentioned. In view of the problems in the non-related diversification of the new lake treasure, this paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement: strengthening the core competitiveness of the enterprise and forming a sustainable competitive advantage; Careful entry into the field of non-related diversification, should accumulate relevant experience in this industry, and have the corresponding strength, in order to improve the possibility of diversification success; According to the internal and external environment, properly adjust the diversification field, before implementing the strategy, we should objectively analyze our own situation and the development of the industry, weigh the pros and cons, carefully carry out the diversified operation, and not blindly enter the high-profit industry. But ignored the risk of its existence; Enterprises should carry out diversified management strategy appropriately and guarantee abundant cash flow in order to ensure the virtuous circle of sustainable development of enterprises.
