【摘要】：文章闡述了我國(guó)快速城市化進(jìn)程中存在的一些環(huán)境問(wèn)題,分析了形成問(wèn)題的現(xiàn)狀和原因,并針對(duì)性地提出了若干建議,認(rèn)為應(yīng)該大力宣傳節(jié)約資源的環(huán)保理念,完善地方法規(guī),分散城市功能,合理規(guī)劃布局,興建衛(wèi)星城市,采用先進(jìn)的管理和技術(shù)手段,加強(qiáng)污染物的治理,達(dá)到污染物達(dá)標(biāo)排放,對(duì)可利用污染物進(jìn)行無(wú)害化資源化處理,實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的循環(huán)利用,等等。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds some environmental problems existing in the process of rapid urbanization in China, analyzes the present situation and causes of the forming problems, and puts forward some suggestions in order to propagate the idea of saving resources and improve the local laws and regulations. Dispersing urban functions, rationally planning and layout, building satellite cities, adopting advanced management and technical means, strengthening the treatment of pollutants, reaching the standard of discharge of pollutants, and making harmless and resourceful treatment of usable pollutants, To realize the recycling of resources, and so on.
