【摘要】：城市物質(zhì)空間更新是城市發(fā)展的自然歷史過程。轉(zhuǎn)型期的中國城市,物質(zhì)空間更新的速度與范圍正在逐漸加大,且深度作用于社會經(jīng)濟(jì)空間重構(gòu)過程。本文首先全面總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外城市物質(zhì)空間更新的相關(guān)理論與研究成果,凝練了在城市物質(zhì)空間更新背景、演替脈絡(luò)、更新模式及策略方面的核心思想與評判方法,總結(jié)了城市物質(zhì)空間更新的成功做法和經(jīng)驗。其次,從城市物質(zhì)空間更新的空間判定與時空組織模式、建筑資產(chǎn)拆損、更新模式與綜合評估、影響因素與機(jī)制定量研究方面對中國未來的城市物質(zhì)空間更新研究進(jìn)行了展望。最后,本文認(rèn)為在新型城鎮(zhèn)化和資源節(jié)約型社會建設(shè)大背景下,有必要加強(qiáng)中國城市物質(zhì)空間更新的系統(tǒng)研究、綜合研究、動態(tài)研究和定量研究,進(jìn)而為制定因地制宜的物質(zhì)空間更新優(yōu)化調(diào)控政策和方案提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Urban material space renewal is the natural historical process of urban development. In the transition period, the speed and scope of material space renewal are gradually increasing, and the depth of the process of social and economic space reconstruction. Firstly, this paper summarizes the relevant theories and research results of urban material space renewal at home and abroad, and condenses the core ideas and evaluation methods in urban material space renewal background, succession, renewal mode and strategy. The successful practice and experience of urban material space renewal are summarized. Secondly, the paper looks forward to the future urban material space renewal in China from the aspects of spatial judgment and space-time organization mode of urban material space renewal, demolition of construction assets, renewal model and comprehensive evaluation, quantitative study of influencing factors and mechanism. Finally, under the background of new urbanization and resource-saving society construction, it is necessary to strengthen the systematic research, comprehensive research, dynamic research and quantitative study of urban material space renewal in China. Therefore, it provides the basis for formulating the optimized control policy and scheme of material space renewal according to local conditions.
