【摘要】：從人口分布格局的視角入手,深入分析山東省縣域城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展特征和趨勢(shì),指出山東省人口呈現(xiàn)"大集中、小分散"趨勢(shì),核心—邊緣效應(yīng)非常顯著,核心區(qū)縣市呈現(xiàn)就地城鎮(zhèn)化,非核心區(qū)縣市就地、異地城鎮(zhèn)化并行;縣城是就地城鎮(zhèn)化的核心載體,小城鎮(zhèn)和村莊則出現(xiàn)明顯的分化。為科學(xué)推進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程,橫向來看,應(yīng)統(tǒng)籌兼顧核心區(qū)與非核心區(qū)縣市兩類城鎮(zhèn)化,其中核心區(qū)縣市與中心城市和其他城鎮(zhèn)實(shí)施網(wǎng)絡(luò)化發(fā)展,非核心區(qū)縣市重點(diǎn)突破縣城和重點(diǎn)鎮(zhèn);并根據(jù)空間演變趨勢(shì),實(shí)施前瞻性的區(qū)域策略�？v向來看,應(yīng)尊重人口流動(dòng)趨勢(shì),結(jié)合行政管理體制改革,重塑城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系,推動(dòng)縣城、鎮(zhèn)、村協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of population distribution pattern, this paper deeply analyzes the development characteristics and trends of county urbanization in Shandong Province, and points out that the population of Shandong Province shows a trend of "large concentration, small dispersion", and the core-edge effect is very significant. The cities and counties in the core area present the local urbanization, and the counties and cities in the non-core area are on the spot, and the urbanization in different places is parallel; County is the core carrier of local urbanization, small towns and villages appear obvious differentiation. In order to advance the process of new urbanization scientifically, horizontally, we should take into account two kinds of urbanization: core area and non-core area county and city, in which core area county and central city and other cities and towns implement network development. Non-core area county and city key breakthrough county and key town; And according to the trend of spatial evolution, the implementation of a forward-looking regional strategy. Vertically, we should respect the trend of population flow, combine with the reform of administrative system, reshape the relationship between urban and rural areas, and promote the coordinated development of county, town and village.
