【摘要】：加強(qiáng)市場監(jiān)管是現(xiàn)代政府的基本職能之一。推動市場監(jiān)管體制改革是政府職能轉(zhuǎn)變和政府與市場關(guān)系更加符合社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律的內(nèi)在要求,這需要建立完善的市場監(jiān)管體系、健全的市場監(jiān)管流程、規(guī)范的市場監(jiān)管模式。從浦東市場監(jiān)管體制改革實(shí)踐看,其體現(xiàn)了"新、合、減、優(yōu)"的特色和亮點(diǎn),產(chǎn)生了顯著的改革效應(yīng)和明顯的社會影響。"問題導(dǎo)向""群眾受益""綜專結(jié)合""職能轉(zhuǎn)變"是浦東市場監(jiān)管體制改革實(shí)踐取得明顯成效的支撐和保障,可為其他地區(qū)改革提供參考借鑒。
