【摘要】：民以食為天,食以安為先,中國(guó)的食品安全問題多年位列榜首,成為十三億人民心中“最讓人擔(dān)憂的十大安全問題”之一。高校的食品安全問題之所以至關(guān)重要,是因?yàn)樗苯雨P(guān)系到在校師生的健康和社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定。本文以過程管理為理論基礎(chǔ)深入研究我國(guó)高校食品安全管理存在的問題。前期整理搜集了大量的數(shù)據(jù)和文獻(xiàn)資料,剖析了當(dāng)下我國(guó)高校食品安全管理的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,在借鑒國(guó)外高校的食品管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)方法的基礎(chǔ)上探討了我國(guó)高校食品安全管理的對(duì)策,首先,我國(guó)高校在食品安全管理中應(yīng)樹立制度管理的意識(shí),提高食品安全規(guī)章制度的執(zhí)行力;其次是培養(yǎng)專業(yè)的食品安全管理隊(duì)伍,既要強(qiáng)化高校食堂從業(yè)人員的職業(yè)培訓(xùn),也要引進(jìn)專業(yè)的食品安全管理人才;再次要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新高校食品安全過程管理方法,通過構(gòu)建高校的食品安全質(zhì)量管理體系和建立高校餐飲供應(yīng)鏈:最后要建立健全高校食品安全監(jiān)督制度,建立高效的食品安全信息交流平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)在校師生共同監(jiān)管食品安全。
[Abstract]:China's food safety has topped the list for many years, making it "one of the top 10 most worrying safety issues" in the minds of 1.3 billion people. The problem of food safety in colleges and universities is very important because it is directly related to the health of teachers and students and the stability of society. Based on the theory of process management, the problems of food safety management in colleges and universities in China are studied in this paper. In the early stage, we collected a large number of data and documents, and analyzed the current situation and existing problems of food safety management in colleges and universities in China. On the basis of drawing lessons from the experience and methods of food management in foreign universities, this paper probes into the countermeasures of food safety management in colleges and universities of our country. Firstly, the consciousness of system management should be established in the food safety management of colleges and universities in our country. Improve the enforcement of food safety rules and regulations; Secondly, it is necessary to train the professional food safety management team, not only to strengthen the vocational training of university canteen practitioners, but also to introduce professional food safety management personnel; Thirdly, it is necessary to innovate the process management method of food safety in colleges and universities, to establish the quality management system of food safety in colleges and universities and to establish the food supply chain of colleges and universities. Finally, we should establish and improve the supervision system of food safety in colleges and universities. Establish an efficient food safety information exchange platform to achieve joint supervision of food safety by teachers and students.
