【摘要】：伴隨著城鎮(zhèn)化進程的不斷發(fā)展,社會上大部分的經(jīng)濟組織均占用土地,而鑒于城市土地供給日趨有限,這使得困擾中國城市土地供給與需求的矛盾抵牾問題一天比一天嚴重。部分城市由于僅僅對于城鎮(zhèn)化率與經(jīng)濟發(fā)達的盲目追崇,而較少顧忌頻頻發(fā)生的土地粗放利用以及違法侵占土地的局面,這些都嚴重阻礙到一個城市城鎮(zhèn)化的全面提升以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展態(tài)勢。雖然目前學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)于城市土地集約利用或城鎮(zhèn)化的單方面研究比較多,但是研究兩者之間耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的成果仍相對較少,這是當(dāng)前學(xué)術(shù)界和政府亟需解決的重要難題,這有助于從新的視角分析城市土地資源合理集約利用與城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的協(xié)調(diào)推進。首先,本研究對城市土地集約利用與城鎮(zhèn)化進行理論分析,從城市土地集約利用以及城鎮(zhèn)化的概念和內(nèi)涵入手,闡明并定性分析二者之間的相互影響關(guān)系。然后,遵照指標體系的構(gòu)建原則,從土地利用投入、土地利用程度、土地利用效益和土地利用可持續(xù)度這四個層次構(gòu)建城市土地集約利用水平測度指標體系;從人口城鎮(zhèn)化、經(jīng)濟城鎮(zhèn)化、社會城鎮(zhèn)化、生態(tài)城鎮(zhèn)化和空間城鎮(zhèn)化五個層次構(gòu)建城鎮(zhèn)化水平測度指標體系,通過綜合指數(shù)法分別計算得出城市土地集約利用與城鎮(zhèn)化水平測度。最后,建立城市土地集約利用與城鎮(zhèn)化耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展評價模型以分析二者的耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展水平并予以類型判別,運用ArcGIS10.3軟件中的自然分裂法和空間分析模塊中的Moran’s I指數(shù)、集聚和異常值分析模塊,進行時空特征分析。實證研究部分,本研究依據(jù)黑龍江省12個地級市基本資料,將2005年、2008年、2011年和2014年的指標數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計整理,通過綜合指數(shù)法得到黑龍江省城市土地集約利用水平測度與城鎮(zhèn)化水平測度。根據(jù)本研究建立的城市土地集約利用與城鎮(zhèn)化耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展評價模型,予以評價并劃分不同年份各個地級市的耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展類型。運用ArcGIS10.3軟件得到耦合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展階段分布圖、全局Moran’s I指數(shù)以及LISA圖,用以進行時空特征分析。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of urbanization, most of the economic organizations in the society occupy land, but in view of the increasingly limited supply of urban land, this makes the contradiction between the supply and demand of urban land in China more and more serious day by day. Because some cities only blindly pursue the rate of urbanization and economic development, they are less concerned about the frequent widespread use of land and the illegal occupation of land. These all seriously hinder the overall promotion of a city's urbanization and the situation of sustainable development. Although there are more unilateral studies on intensive use of urban land or urbanization in academic circles at present, the results of coupling and coordinated development between the two are still relatively few, which is an important problem that the academic community and the government urgently need to solve. It is helpful to analyze the coordination between rational intensive utilization of urban land resources and the development of urbanization from a new perspective. First of all, this study makes a theoretical analysis on the intensive use of urban land and urbanization, starting with the concept and connotation of urban land intensive use and urbanization, to clarify and qualitatively analyze the interaction between the two. Then, according to the construction principle of the index system, this paper constructs the urban land intensive use level measurement index system from the four levels of land use input, land use degree, land use benefit and land use sustainability. From the five levels of population urbanization, economic urbanization, social urbanization, ecological urbanization and spatial urbanization, an index system for measuring urbanization level is constructed. The measurement of urban land intensive utilization and urbanization level is obtained by comprehensive index method. Finally, an evaluation model of coupled and coordinated development of urban land intensive utilization and urbanization is established to analyze the level of coupled and coordinated development of the two and to distinguish their types. Using the natural splitting method in ArcGIS10.3 software and the Moran's I index in the spatial analysis module, gathering and abnormal value analysis module, the space-time characteristic analysis is carried out. In the part of empirical research, based on the basic data of 12 prefecture-level cities in Heilongjiang Province, the index data of 2005, 2008, 2011 and 2014 are statistically collated. The measurement of urban land intensive utilization level and urbanization level in Heilongjiang Province are obtained by comprehensive index method. According to the coupled and coordinated development evaluation model of urban land intensive utilization and urbanization established in this study, the evaluation is carried out and the types of coupling and coordinated development of each prefecture-level city in different years are divided. By using ArcGIS10.3 software, the distribution map of coupled and coordinated development stage, the global Moran's I exponent and the LISA diagram are obtained, which can be used to analyze the spatiotemporal characteristics.
