【摘要】：本文基于以往勞動合同簽訂影響因素研究中的片面和缺憾,以2014年中國勞動力動態(tài)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),考察戶籍身份和所有制身份兩種體制因素的綜合影響、體制因素與人力資本的交互影響。有三個新的發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,戶籍身份是導致不平等的主導、主要體制性因素;第二,具有結(jié)構(gòu)意義的“綜合體制身份”具有顯著影響,且“綜合體制身份”呈現(xiàn)出“優(yōu)勢身份”與“弱勢身份”的等級差異;第三,由于不同的“綜合體制身份”,人力資本的影響呈現(xiàn)出顯著的差異性,人力資本一定程度上縮小了“優(yōu)勢身份”與“弱勢身份”的差別。由此得出進一步的結(jié)論:對于勞動者所獲勞動保障的制度性不平等狀況,結(jié)構(gòu)性的“綜合體制身份”顯示出更合理、準確、科學的解釋力;體制性因素和市場化因素的交互影響也顯示出更合理、準確、科學的解釋力;但是市場化因素影響對體制性因素影響的消減是有限的。
[Abstract]:Based on the one-sided and defective research on the factors affecting the signing of labor contracts in the past, this paper examines the combined effects of the two institutional factors, household registration and ownership status, based on the data from the 2014 Chinese Labor Force dynamic Survey. The interaction between institutional factors and human capital.
