長江經(jīng)濟帶省域綠色能源效率水平的測度

【摘要】:文章引入綠色能源效率概念,在傳統(tǒng)能源效率測度模型的基礎(chǔ)上納入非期望產(chǎn)出,構(gòu)建包含經(jīng)濟效益和環(huán)境影響的綠色能源效率測度體系,對2000—2015年長江經(jīng)濟帶各省綠色能源效率水平進行測度。通過數(shù)據(jù)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)各省市綠色能源效率的水平為下游城市高于中游城市、中游城市高于上游城市,這與長江經(jīng)濟帶發(fā)展梯次相適應(yīng)。從時間序列縱向來看,綠色能源效率隨著時間推移呈現(xiàn)U字形的變化軌跡。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the concept of green energy efficiency is introduced, based on the traditional energy efficiency measurement model, the non-expected output is incorporated, and the green energy efficiency measurement system, which includes economic benefits and environmental impacts, is constructed. The green energy efficiency of each province in Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2000 to 2015 was measured. Through the data analysis, it is found that the level of green energy efficiency in the provinces and cities is higher in the downstream city than in the middle city, and in the middle reaches city is higher than that in the upstream city, which is suitable for the development of the Yangtze River economic belt. From the time series vertical point of view, green energy efficiency with the passage of time presents a U-shaped trajectory.
