【摘要】：與中國(guó)省會(huì)城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)地理格局大異其趣,美國(guó)各州的首府城市,很少位于作為經(jīng)濟(jì)中心的大城市;50個(gè)州的首府城市中至少三分之二都不是該州最大城市。這種經(jīng)濟(jì)中心與政治中心分離的現(xiàn)象,是分權(quán)的民主政體之下主流民意的體現(xiàn),并制約了行政中心的規(guī)模擴(kuò)大;其基礎(chǔ)性制度市場(chǎng)配置資源則推動(dòng)了經(jīng)濟(jì)中心的不斷壯大。中國(guó)首府城市經(jīng)濟(jì)地理格局的歷史淵源、制度基礎(chǔ)大不相同,市場(chǎng)、行政與制度的作用與影響近千年來(lái)變動(dòng)不居,呈現(xiàn)出較強(qiáng)的時(shí)代差異。中美城市發(fā)展模式的歷史比較與制度分析,其內(nèi)在的經(jīng)濟(jì)邏輯耐人尋味,富有啟迪。
[Abstract]:Unlike the economic geography of China's capital cities, the capitals of U.S. states are rarely located in large cities as economic centers; at least 2/3 of the 50 state capitals are not the largest in the state. The separation of economic center and political center is the embodiment of the mainstream public opinion under the decentralized democracy and restricts the expansion of the scale of the administrative center, while the allocation of resources in the market of its basic system promotes the expansion of the economic center. The historical origin of the economic geography pattern of Chinese capital city, the system foundation is very different, the function and influence of the market, the administration and the system do not change in the last thousand years, showing the strong time difference. The historical comparison and institutional analysis of Chinese and American urban development models are thought-provoking and enlightening.
