【摘要】：與新古典工業(yè)區(qū)位論和新馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)論將工人視為一種生產(chǎn)要素和抽象勞動(dòng)力不同,勞工地理學(xué)將工人視為具有能動(dòng)性的社會(huì)主體,研究工人如何按照自身的意愿創(chuàng)造有助于自身生存和再生產(chǎn)的空間。這種勞工認(rèn)識(shí)論的轉(zhuǎn)變?cè)趪?guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)界產(chǎn)生了極大和持續(xù)的反響,促使勞工地理學(xué)發(fā)展成為具有獨(dú)特概念體系的經(jīng)濟(jì)地理子學(xué)科。本文梳理了近20年西方勞工地理學(xué)的研究進(jìn)展,圍繞工人能動(dòng)性的概念、表現(xiàn)形式、形成機(jī)制以及它與空間、尺度、地方、全球生產(chǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)之間的關(guān)系展開分析。最后基于勞工地理學(xué)前沿問(wèn)題的分析,認(rèn)為中國(guó)勞工地理研究應(yīng)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注中國(guó)特色工會(huì)體制下工人能動(dòng)性的構(gòu)成、經(jīng)濟(jì)地理影響與形成的地域條件,并探索有助于社會(huì)升級(jí)的制度安排。開展勞工地理研究有助于拓展經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)的勞動(dòng)力研究范疇,對(duì)認(rèn)識(shí)中國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)深入發(fā)展時(shí)期面臨的勞資矛盾和探索共享發(fā)展政策具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Different from neo-classical industrial location theory and neo-Marxist economic geography theory, workers are regarded as a factor of production and abstract labor force. To study how workers create space that is conducive to their survival and reproduction as they wish. This transformation of labor epistemology has produced a great and sustained response in the international economic geography field, which promotes the development of labor geography into a sub-discipline of economic geography with a unique conceptual system. This paper reviews the research progress of western labor geography in the past 20 years, and analyzes the concept, manifestation, formation mechanism and the relationship between worker mobility and space, scale, local and global production networks. Finally, based on the analysis of the frontier problems of labor geography, the author thinks that the study of Chinese labor geography should focus on the composition of workers' initiative, the influence of economic geography and the regional conditions of formation under the trade union system with Chinese characteristics. And to explore the institutional arrangements conducive to social upgrading. The study of labor geography is helpful to expand the scope of labor force research in economic geography, and has important practical significance in understanding the contradiction between labor and capital in the period of deep development of Chinese market economy and in exploring the policy of shared development.
