基于Meta-Frontier-Bootstrap-DEA方法的中國高端裝備制造企業(yè)效率測度研究

【摘要】:采用Meta-Frontier-Bootstrap-DEA方法對2012—2015年中國高端裝備制造企業(yè)的效率進行測算,避免了傳統(tǒng)DEA方法未考慮決策單元生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的行業(yè)差異、存在偏差等不足,研究結(jié)果表明:先進軌道交通設(shè)備、農(nóng)機裝備兩個行業(yè)技平效高;高檔數(shù)控機床和機器人、海洋工程裝備及高技術(shù)船舶兩個行業(yè)技劣效均;航空航天裝備行業(yè)技平效均;電力裝備、節(jié)能與新能源汽車兩個行業(yè)技優(yōu)效低。結(jié)合中國七大高端裝備制造行業(yè)的實際情況,從微觀企業(yè)、中觀行業(yè)和宏觀政府三個層面提出各行業(yè)增強技術(shù)水平和提高效率的建議。
[Abstract]:This paper uses Meta-Frontier-Bootstrap-DEA method to measure the efficiency of China's high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises from 2012-2015 to avoid the shortcomings of traditional DEA method, such as not considering the industry difference of Decision-making unit production technology and deviation, etc. The research results show that: advanced rail transit equipment, Agricultural machinery equipment two industries of high technical efficiency; high-grade CNC machine tools and robots, marine engineering equipment and high-tech ships in the two industries, the technical efficiency of the two industries, aeronautics and astronautics equipment industry, power equipment, Energy saving and new energy automobile industry technology efficiency is low. Combined with the actual situation of the seven high-end equipment manufacturing industries in China, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to enhance the technical level and improve the efficiency of each industry from the three levels of micro enterprise, middle scale industry and macro government.
