【摘要】：本文基于Web of ScienceTM核心合集數(shù)據(jù)庫,運用文獻計量方法,以發(fā)表論文絕對數(shù)量、文獻被引頻次、主題詞統(tǒng)計頻次等為指標對國外有關就業(yè)問題研究的文獻進行分析,從宏觀上把握國外相關研究的側重點、權威理論以及最新研究動態(tài),并梳理出三大就業(yè)焦點問題:就業(yè)與創(chuàng)業(yè)的關系、就業(yè)的影響因素以及弱勢群體就業(yè)。進一步,本文重點梳理出三大焦點問題的研究方向、方法及研究成果,并對國內關于就業(yè)問題的研究重點與方向進行展望。
[Abstract]:Based on the core database of Web of ScienceTM, this paper uses the method of literature metrology, taking the absolute number of published papers, the frequency of citation of documents, the statistical frequency of subject words and so on, as indicators to analyze the foreign literature on employment issues. From the macro point of view of relevant research abroad, authority theory and the latest research trends, and comb out three major employment focus issues: the relationship between employment and entrepreneurship, employment impact factors and employment of vulnerable groups. Furthermore, this paper focuses on combing out the research direction, methods and research results of the three focal issues, and looks forward to the domestic research focus and direction on the employment problem.
