【摘要】：2013年以來(lái),全國(guó)的PPP項(xiàng)目進(jìn)入了快速發(fā)展的階段,山東省的PPP的發(fā)展在全國(guó)處于領(lǐng)先地位。作為新生事物,山東省PPP項(xiàng)目在具體的應(yīng)用過(guò)程中還存在著部分項(xiàng)目不規(guī)范、地方財(cái)政支出壓力大、PPP跨部門(mén)協(xié)調(diào)難、缺乏PPP專業(yè)人才等問(wèn)題亟需解決,本文就如何促進(jìn)PPP應(yīng)用提出了相應(yīng)的措施。
[Abstract]:Since 2013, the PPP project in China has entered the stage of rapid development, and the development of PPP in Shandong Province is in the leading position in the country. As a new thing, there are still some non-standard projects in the concrete application process of PPP project in Shandong Province. The problems such as the pressure of local financial expenditure and the difficulty of inter-departmental coordination, the lack of professional personnel of PPP, etc., need to be solved urgently. This paper puts forward the corresponding measures on how to promote the application of PPP.
