【摘要】：當(dāng)代生產(chǎn)力的基本特征決定市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)、資本關(guān)系的同時(shí)存在,社會(huì)主義既不能繞過(guò)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì),也不可能"超越資本";資本包括私有資本和公有資本兩種歷史形態(tài)。公有資本是社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)下公有制內(nèi)在矛盾展開的必然結(jié)果,是迫使勞動(dòng)者個(gè)人為社會(huì)提供剩余勞動(dòng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系。公有資本的強(qiáng)大積累功能與增進(jìn)人民福祉結(jié)合,是中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長(zhǎng)的主因;公有資本的創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力及其對(duì)資本主義危機(jī)的"免疫力",顯示了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義沖破資本主義桎梏,持續(xù)發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力的巨大能量,它證明,并且還將繼續(xù)證明社會(huì)主義的歷史合法性。本文也是對(duì)資本與公有制不相兼容論的一個(gè)回應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:The basic characteristics of contemporary productive forces determine the market economy, and the relationship of capital exists at the same time. Socialism can neither bypass the market economy nor "surpass capital", which includes two historical forms: private capital and public capital. The public capital is the inevitable result of the inherent contradiction of the public ownership under the socialist market economy, and it is the economic relation that forces the laborer individual to provide the surplus labor for the society. The combination of the powerful accumulation function of public capital and the improvement of people's welfare is the main reason for China's rapid economic growth. The innovation power of public capital and its "immunity" to the crisis of capitalism show that socialism with Chinese characteristics has broken through the shackles of capitalism and sustained the development of productive forces. And will continue to prove the historical legitimacy of socialism. This paper is also a response to the theory of incompatibility between capital and public ownership.
